I am on my 3rd day on tat and I have been using psalmstree for a week, I like the soap. I am hoping to get good results from these products. ^^

ganun ba sis? thanks sa advice! subukan ko na lang siguro yung whitelight gluta sublingual spray.. ayoko kasi yung umiinom ng masyadong maraming vitamin c.. prone pa naman ako sa UTI..

nabasa ko kasi sa internet pag overdose ka sa vitamin c, there's an increased risk of developing kidney stones. saka 75mg lang daw ang RDA for non smoking adult women per day and 90 mg naman for men. pwede din mag cause ng diarrhea saka stomachache. saka as much as possbile, ayoko ng masyadong madaming iniinom na sabay sabay, natatakot akong ma heart burn uli

^you need to drink lots of water lalo na pag malakas ka mag vit c.
Pero according to previous threads re:vit c factor nga siya in developing kidney stones.

Be careful na lang sa lahat ng tinatake.

^^ what i know is calcium ang one cause ng kidney stone, i havent heard vit c eh sorry. its water soluble so no need to worry taking and having higher doses of vit c.

ako gamit ko mosbeau gold, true na nakakarosy cheeks, sa whitening effect naman maputi na ako talaga nung nag start ako, wala bad effects, ang ayoko lang eh phased out na siya pero I still have my stocks..nag hoard ako before ma phased out. pag inistop pa naman nawawala ang rosy glow. hindi nako nagtatake additional vitamins sis

hi mga sis.im a newbie here..

ive tried using KB ,but didnt like the result, i didn't even know if it had an efect on me or not since im using other whitening products, hindi ko siya nagustuhan kasi ang effect niya sa akin is like maputla ang pagkaputi ko.

so I switched to PH338, few months of using PH338,okey talaga ang effect sa akin kaso i came to the point na parang na iimmune na ako,

now im using Claire Blanche w/ 1000mg L glutathione and it is so far the best i have ever tried:)
