yup, i used NOW glutathione 500mg 2x a day pinabili ko lang sa US. nawala pimples ko, mens ko nagregulate pero after 3-4months ko pa nakita effect maybe kasi di ako healthy and sakitin me kaya matagal effect.  la na ko stock kaya balik pimples huhu meron sa gnc pero low dosage and super mahal!

magtry me KB i just bought today sana di me magkapimples kasi yun ang effect sa iba nating sis.  cross my fingers! hiyangan kasi ang mga ginagamit natin. some may not work for you, others may work.

i will give an update in a few weeks or months!

I am still debating kasi if i should buy NOW gluta or not ang mahal pa naman nasa around $44:( baka hindi effective sakin, wala naman akong ibang makitang US based na seller bukod sa GNC. w/ vit. c dapat i think lalo ako naging mas fair and energetic. nasa US ka ba? swerte mo cheap lang supplements dyan. may nabasa ako ibang brand na nagkapimples sila maybe may iba pang halo bukod sa glutha. i tried other brand na rin like kb pero i experience temporary chest pain kaya tinigil ko na.  you wouldnt know if hiyang syo if you will not try.

i'm using NOW L-glutathione for one month. ang effect nya sa akin ay like sa KB nglighten ang skin ko pero walang rosy cheeks effect unlike when i used ph338. i'm still in search of teh most effective one.... kahit gusto ko na ang ph338, mas gusto ko sana ay available sa location ko.

i'm taking NOW 500mg thrice a day with 500 mg vit c. at night i add 400 iu vit e. ayun sabi ng friends ko before (ph338 use) rosy cheeks, now nman just "pumuputi ka"

@ kim103: mura nga mga supements dito, kaso mahirap maghanap ng gluta, ayoko naman ng magorder online kasi minsan over priced.

@SophieStella. Marami nga din akong nababasang positive effect ng ph338, nakakacurious gamitin.


I'm currently taking NAC 600 ng gnc twice a day w/ vit c1000 add ko pa ng vit e every morning, tas pag gabi instead of vit e, zinc naman pero 60mg lang. So far okay naman result sakin  sa skin in a week nawala mga zits ko. Kuminis face ko parang nkafoundie lagi kahit hindi.
May nabasa kasi ako na okay daw NAC kasi it increases the level of glutathione in our system pero hindi ako nasasatisfy sa whitening effective kasi parang wala naman or baka nagiging impatient lang ako. Natry ko na rin ang claire blanche and i would say that it was really effective on me, at napansin ni bf  na para daw akong nag-goglow lalo pag naarawan,, hihi! I will try NOW gluta, baka sakaling pareho rin sila ng effect ng c.b. sa akin.

I want to switch back to ph338 but hindi sumasagot yun gpinag oorderan ko sa multiply. i guess, bibili nlang ako ulit ng NOW.

I used ph338 for one month, then kb for one month, and NOW gluta for one month.

Sa ph338 ako blooming, kahit ong day 4 pa lang ako.

sa KB maputla nman pero ngwhiten din.

Sa NOW putla din, pero khpon lang napansin ko my rosy cheeks effect na din.

almost same ang effects basta you use continuously... im on my 3rd month, and no drastic color change. pero i feel good kasi on the skin tone ok ang results.

try and try ka lang whichever brand fits you as long as safe ang brand and reliable ang supplier.

@noviemay like what i said to sophie try and try lang sis.  after 3-4months ko pa nakita effect coz im unhealthy and of course medyo oldies na rin hehe. kapag nakarating me dyan, mag-hoard ako.

sis NOW sa gnc meron pero 250mg lang available dati ewan ko lang ngayon. nagpabili lang ako sa gnc US 500mg and almost the same price sila ng 250mg sa gnc philippines. yun ph338 sa multiply ata meron.

hi mga sis! share ko lang experience ko in taking gluta. kc sakin effective ang Ishigaki L-glutathione. mura lang din sya, I'm buying it at 800 pesos from a trusted dealer, 60 capsules na yun, 1000mg na din, high dose of gluta kaya effective. before I'm using Claire Blanche effective din in skin whitening kaso i got breakouts kya inistop ko. pinalitan ko sya ng ishigaki, yun ok sakin result ng ishigaki. no breakouts makinis tska nakakaputi tlaga.

Kyusoku Bihaku most effective for me plus isabay ko pa yung Whitelight Sublingual Glutathione.. sabi ng friend ko maganda icombo yung perfect white sa whitelight.. but what i did is KB and Whitelight yung kinombo ko.. maganda yung effect niya napapansin ako ng friend ko nagpapantay na daw kulay ng face ko sa body ko.. mag wa-one month na ako gumagamit ng combo dahil kase isa isa lang
