effective whitening pills/ capsule

Hindi naman babalik sa dati mong color if mag stop ka mag take ng MET. Well thats for me. Halos 5 yrs na ako nag gluta eh. dati marami akong pimples tapos nag gluta ako then nawala siya. I bought Mosbeau yesterday. I hope it works. If not balik ako sa MET.

sis, how long before naging visible ang effect ng Met? nakakapagpa pantay din ba ng skin color to (like elbows, knees, etc)?

yup, i used NOW glutathione 500mg 2x a day pinabili ko lang sa US. nawala pimples ko, mens ko nagregulate pero after 3-4months ko pa nakita effect maybe kasi di ako healthy and sakitin me kaya matagal effect.  la na ko stock kaya balik pimples huhu meron sa gnc pero low dosage and super mahal!

magtry me KB i just bought today sana di me magkapimples kasi yun ang effect sa iba nating sis.  cross my fingers! hiyangan kasi ang mga ginagamit natin. some may not work for you, others may work.

i will give an update in a few weeks or months!

I tried Lucida at first hiyang na hiyang ako then they stopped selling this coz they had an issue then I tried MET na. I did a lot of trial and error sa gluta. I tried din [textspeak!] gluta ng derma ko pero it gave me more pimples but I got white and makinis sa skin except my face. Pwede ang MET sa teens but just a reminder that gluta and other whitening pills is not meant for everyone. My sis and bro tried gluta but hindi sila hiyang. My bro got rashes and zits then pumangit skin ng sis ko.

Been using KB for 2 weeks now. No visible effects pa naman except nabawasan yung mga butlig sa arms ko. I think my skin is not so dry also. Sad thing though is nagka pimples ako. It's been a really long time since I've had a pimple so I think KB talaga ang culprit for my break out.

siguro super healthy ka kaya mabilis effect ng glutha syo but im really really curious kung bakit iba ang effect ng brand ng derma mo eh glutha pa rin naman yun. hmmm....  did you ask your derma bakit ganun ang effect syo ng brand nya?

@kim103 [textspeak!] sa derma ko 1000mg [textspeak!] gluta niya. it was kinda strong and focus niya talaga sa skin color.  di pa uso nun [textspeak!] gluta sa market. It was trial and error din. My pimples didn't disappear pero pumuti ako. Yellowish dati color ko eh then Lucida was introduced sa market so I tried it coz it was cheaper. When I was taking the Lucida my pimples were starting to disappear and my skin tightened. I noticed the changes in 2 weeks but for the total effect mga 1-2 bottles ko nakita.

i guess trial and error talaga ang pagtake ng gluta. siguro try muna yung cheapest like KB. pag nagkapimple( ) try ka ulit ng iba.

hi mga sis! share ko lang experience ko in taking gluta. kc sakin effective ang Ishigaki L-glutathione. mura lang din sya, I'm buying it at 800 pesos from a trusted dealer, 60 capsules na yun, 1000mg na din, high dose of gluta kaya effective. before I'm using Claire Blanche effective din in skin whitening kaso i got breakouts kya inistop ko. pinalitan ko sya ng ishigaki, yun ok sakin result ng ishigaki. no breakouts makinis tska nakakaputi tlaga.

Personal experience ko sis yup, bumabalik din lalo na pag matagal ka na di uminom.. kaya ako ngayon gluta IV na lang para mas kita agad ang effect..

Sis, you may try whitelight gluta, sublingual spray siya (direct mo spray sa ilalim ng dila)...gluta and vit c lang ang meron siya. no Alpha lipoic acid, kaya safe even sa preggy... contains 2500mg gluta along with 1500mg vitamin C...

is this effective sis? gaano katagal bago ka maka kita ng result? and how long does a bottle lasts? thanks!

yes sis Ishigaki is a gluta in capsule. i drink it 2gether with 2 caps of 500mg vit.c, twice a day, 30 mins after breakfast and 30mins after dinner.ok lang sabayan mo ng vit e. i only buy generic vit.c, 100caps, 500mg 140pesos lang sa mercury.
