Can I just rant about the American Tourister luggage that I last July 31? After 2 trips abroad, I noticed that may punit na yun piping niya and visible na yung carton sa loob. So I called their service center and told me to bring my luggage to SM Megamall. Then after 2 weeks, somebody from Samsonite told me that my luggages was unrepairable because they do not have materials. Hay sayang lang yung 3-year warranty. Hindi naman din nila pala aayusin.

sad to hear that sis. sale nga ang american tourister sa smx kanina pero di ko gusto yung designs, very plain and konti ang choices. though meron dun less than 2k lang. sabi ng friend ko sa jan-feb na ko maghanap ng luggages on sale dahil mas maraming lalabas....

sis, sale ngayon ang mga luggages sa sm! nakabili na ako kanina ng echolac luggage at 40% off. dating 4k ngayon 2.5k na lang. plain black nga lang yung mga available pero may different color selections naman sa side ng luggage. I chose the orange one.

sale din ang american tourister mas mahal nga lang kaso nawalan ako ng gana bumili nun kasi yung luggage ng tita ko na ganun one year pa lang sira na yung zipper.

we bought American Tourister before sa sale sa binondo, yung 7k nabili lang namin ng 500 pesos don. Yun yung dinadala ng hubby ko when he's travelling. Yung isa nabasag na yung gulong pero sulit na rin naman for 500 pesos, pwede naman ipagawa yung gulong. And ang laki ng capacity and sturdy.

for those na within Manila lang there is an ongoing sale at prime building its in Binondo. Most of the items they are selling are luggages (Delsey, Samsonite, World Traveller, Victorinox) very cheap na kasi its less 70-80 % from the original price. when i was there last night i bought a delsy bag na pd na pang hand-carry at less than 3K. if you can try to drop-by youl find good luggages there at a discount.

kami din naghahanap ng luggage na sulit... narealize ko lang na kailangan na bumili last christmas... so before the next holiday comes, dapat may luggage na kaming pamilya. For now, backread muna ako for tips on what to buy. :-)
