Gamit ko suka, bawang at pamitang durog as marinade, babad overnight mas masarap. The best sa fried chicken at porkchop. Malambot at malasa.  :)

nagutom ako kakabasa dito. :D

my share:
simpleng tinolang manok with dahon ng sili at papaya dagdagan nyo ng coconut milk (gata). masarap pramis.

we do this too. Pero instead na coconut milk, fresh buko juice (we include the coconut meat) sa pagluto ng tinola...my hubby calls this recipe Chicken Binakol. :)

sis, masarap din ang binakol pero iba yun. yung recipe ko is just a regular tinola (only with coco milk).

meron din talaga luto na tawag is binakol. popular yan dito sa amin. parang chicken sinigang lang sya minus the gulays at  pinaasim ng kaimito with lemongrass. other(special; normally served in local restos) version of binakol is with coco juice and meat instead of kaimito thus the soup is rather sweet instead of maasim. mas prefer ko with kaimito. try mo.  ;)

I wonder if I can bake it instead of frying the chicken with sinigang mix? Hirap kasi mag-fry... ang dumi sa kitchen. ayokong may oil na tumatalsik.

I'm not sure if this is weird, coz for our family it's normal lang  ;D altho, marami akong kilala na nagsabi na weird nga yung food, but after nila matikman gustong gusto nila.  :D
- fried meatballs (we call it kikiam) plus pickled radish, one of my faves! Sarap din yung pickled radish with fried fish
- pochero with a side dish of mashed eggplant and banana (saba) mixed with vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.

Nagugutom tuloy ako!  ;D ;D ;D

Adobo sushi: rice and adobo flakes rolled in nori then topped with mayo-adobo sauce. Haha mahilig kasi ako sa nori kaya halos kahit ano niroroll ko dun. Kanin at tilapia, kanin at giniling. :-)

CREAMY EGGPLANT WITH MUSHROOMS ;)

- Eggplant cut into circles (about 1 inch)
- All purpose cream (1 box)
- Mushrooms
- Ginisa Mix/ Knorr beef cubes

Saute mushrooms first with onions and garlics, followed by eggplant, then if medyo naluto na yung eggplant (wag masyadong palambutin) lagay niyo na yung all purpose cream.. then lagay niyo na yung ginisa mix or beef cubes (tantsahin niyo lang, if napadami kasi lagay niyo aalat masyado). Kapag medyo malambot na yung eggplant and nagiging creamy na, LUTO NA SIYA :D

Hilig ko talagang mag experiment when it comes to food. Try niyo tong recipe na to :D Yummy and affordable na, sobrang easy to make pa! ;)
