My son's birthday is August 8 and we were supposed to celebrate his birthday on August 9 because Friday is their Fun Day. But we just realized that it's holiday pala. hahaha So, we moved it back to August 8 instead. Mas limited lang yung magagawa namin but it's ok.

Since our theme is Bad Piggies of Angry birds, and we had a hard time looking for large plastic easter eggs that will serve as our loot bags, we created TNT Boxes instead. matrabaho pero worth it naman. I super love it. =)

-yummy yung cake at hindi fondant kundi chocolate icing ang gamit nya (gum paste for toppers) kaya ang resulta, maganda tingnan pero hindi sobrang sweet pag kinain. madaling kausap si ms. gervy, stress free ang transaction namin considering na 2 days prior to my son's party na ako nag place ng order, 7"x7"x7" minecraft cake and 2 boxes of cake bars

Anyway, i will just give a good feedback sa Greenwich. I so love their pizza making camp. The kids really adore the activity. It's educational and its something new. Dami pang freebies like the apron, hairnet, and the game prizes. Ang galing! The teachers allowed me to use the the time kasi the kids were suppose to cook today. They have their cooking lesson kasi (prep students). Then while the pizzas are being cooked, the Greenwich staffs offered games and activities. Super sulit!

Mga sis, we have survived my son's first birthday at school. =) Dapat august 09 yung Celebration but since it was a Holiday, we decided to celebrate it sa mismong araw ng birthday niya which is August 08. =) We were only allowed during their recess time so very limited time lang talaga. =)

Everything was DIY. From invites, loot boxes, food, etc. =)

Theme: Bad Piggies of Angry Birds

Cake: I asked Hubby to bake Chocolate Orange Cupcakes to serve as Aidan's cake and dessert as well. Hubby bakes the cupcakes, I made the cupcake topper and Yaya niya naglagay ng Icing.

Invites: It's 100% DIY. =) i don't know how to draw but I really tried hard for Aidan's birthday. hehe Made from Green Cartolina lang siya, then nag drawing lang ako ng ibat-ibang characters ng bad Piggies and I added gooey Eyes para mas hehe

TNT Loot Boxes: There were no more large plastic Eggs available in the market since tapos na yung Easter Sunday. So, i decided na tNT boxes nalang since kasama naman yung sa Angry Birds. Hubby made the bozed using cardboard. Then, ako na nag design. =) Toys inside were bought from Divisoria.

Spoon and Fork holder: Para mas personalized, naisip ko lang na gumawa din nito. We were not allowed to decorate the classroom. Games, balloons and other party favors were not allowed so kung ano ano nang naisip ko na kaartehan. hehe

Paper Meal Boxes: Aidan's classmates ranges from 2-4 years old so hindi pa sila ganu kalakas kumain. I noticed from other birthday parties sa school na tini-take out ng mga bata yung food nila kapag hindi naubos. So, ginawa ko, para mas mabilis and hindi na magkagulo sa food, I placed their names na sa meal boxes. =)

Food: Hubby cooked kiddie Spaghettie and Chicken Lollipop. Cupcakes as dessert and juice. =)

mga sis, please help. my youngest son will be celebrating his 4th birthday next week, and hindi pa ko decided sa food. lunch time kasi ang break time nila. spaghetti, chicken nuggets and cheese sandwich sana ang ise-serve ko; ok na ba yun o better ba na rice ang i-serve namin? and knowing na hindi naman ganun kalakas kumain pag ganyang age, should i add one more dish or enough na?

we will also prepare cookie decorating kits (request ni birthday boy) as their activity instead of having games.

we're done with my youngest's school party. very simple celebration, yung second half ng class time nila ang allotted time.

two days before i sent out notes informing them of the birthday party para hindi na magbaon yung mga kids. i also asked the teacher if me dietary restrictions ba or other things not allowed na ipakain sa mga bata just in case.

actual day of the party: teacher first prayed for my son, then they sang the happy birthday song. nakalimutan lang na i-blow yung candle sa cake. konting picture taking. then lunch: spaghetti, chicken nuggets and bread; as expected, hindi nga naubos ng mga bata. i bought plastic bags para maiuwi ng mga kids yung leftovers nila. then we had the cookie decorating activity. nakakatuwa, excited sila to show off their creations. yung decorating kits na rin ang give away nila, no more separate lootbags. then yung ibang kids nag-uwi na lang ng cake, the rest pinapak na yung icing sa cake.

i can say successful naman yung party, and nag-enjoy naman sila. my son even got gifts kaya me bonus pa.

My daughter will celebrate her birthday in school for the first time in September. Their school is quite strict with birthday celebrations and they want it really simple. 30 minutes lang ang alloted time which is their usual snack time. No fancy decorations, food is limited to 2 solid food and 1 drink, and no lootbags allowed. I'll send out the invitations a week before since my daughter's celebration will fall on a Tuesday and they don't have classes that Monday.

I'm planning to just order pasta and chicken fingers from my caterer friend and 12 pieces of cupcakes (1 for each of the 10 kids including my daughter for candle blowing, 1 for the 2 teachers).

dress: still deciding if i'll have a viking princess costume made for her or just let her wear any dress she wants t wear
entertainment: maybe some activity sheets printed out or jollibee mascott (still need to ask permisiion from the principal and teachers)
decors: maybe some balloons from divi
giveaways: stil not decided if i'll buy since they already have cupcakes. if ever, i'll probably buy crayons and small activity books + sweets

mga mommies, anong program ginawa nyo sa school birthday ng anak nyo? sa school kasi ni daughter ko, 1 hr allowed time for the program. parang nanghihinayang lang ako kung mag hira pa ako ng magicians or host. may host/magician ba na nagpapabayad ng at least 1hr lang? usually kasi diba 3 hrs sila. give me ideas naman mommies pls. thank you

^Coordinate with the teachers sis. Sa school kase ng anak ko, naka lagay sa school handbook nila kung ano yung pwede and hinde pwede when it comes to school parties. 30 minutes lang talaga kase kasbaay lang ng snack time nila. 1 solid food and 1 drink lang allowed plus cake for blowing, no give aways, no decors, and no mascots. They want simple celebrations because they don't want kids to feel the need to have fancy celebrations.

I followed almost everything except for the lootbag I couldn't resist giving lootbags away cus it's my daughter's 1st schoolparty. I bought Frozen canvas bags from Jiestine's party shop tapos I put pencils, coloring books, notepad, eraser, stickers, and fans inside. I also gave them 1 cupcake each.
