  surprise pala yung piñata kay teacher hehe...how much ba ganun? or kasama na yun sa package nung magician/host? i have no idea, di kasi kami mahilig magpaparty,we're usually more of non-party celebration on birthdays, kaso Ate requested for a school party this year,so ito,punong-abala ang mommy 

got loot bags already, a green generic birthday lootbag for the boys then Ariel for the girls. i bought bubbles, sunglasses and Ariel pencils for the girls, then water guns and ball( small and bouncy with a swimming fish and lights inside) and Sponge Bob pencils for the boys. all from divi  i'll just add lollies, jellies, etc.

invites, i asked Ate's ninong to do the layout and i'll just have it print (more likely in tronix na lang).

food, bulk order from either mcdo or jollibee

as early as now (August pa), im thinking of my daughter's 1st party at school. i have a few concerns thou...
- since pre-school lang sila, do i need to feed kids in the other levels/class? or yung classmates lang din niya?
- how about the teachers, kelangan ba lahat ng teacher ng school, or specific lang sa class niya?

i have enrolled my daughter kase in KIDS, anyone here who have celebrated their kid's bday in this school? need your advise pls. tia!

^hello sis, i visited this thread din to find new ideas. like you, sa August pa birthday ng bunso ko. now to answer your question,

-i just feed the kids on their class. medyo strict din kasi sa school nila, ayoko na maistorbo yung other section.

- sa teacher, binibigyan ko pati yung sa other room, along with their teacher's aides.

Know the school's culture. If it has been a practice that they invite kids from other section, you may or not do the same. With my daughter's first school, since a tradition that when there is a birthday, they invite too the kids from other section. Wala namang problem since there are 15 students max. I remember there was one time when a kid from the other section had a party, my daughter's class was not invited and to think 3 lang sila. Siyempre after school the kids in her class nag-tampo cause all the kids had lootbags except them.

When she moved to a bigger school last year, parties are only limited to their section. Then I only gave food to their two teachers in her class plus the leftover food (individually packed) I gave to the guards and the manangs

Better is ask the teacher what can you do and cannot do para ma-guide ka din sa planning

yun sa birthday ng son ko sa 5th birthday nya, hindi kasi pwedeng mag-ingay masyado dahil mahigpit si Sister kaya simple kainan lang sa classroom and gift giving lang ang nangyari, even balloon is not allowed so hindi party package ng mcdo ang in-order ko yun kasi sayang yun ibang kasama sa package na hindi pwede pumasok sa school ang binili ko nalang yun mga value meals nila, nagbayad nalang din ako ng transpo ng crew para madeliver sa school yun food ( very good ang mcdo crew kasi yun mismomg supervisor na nag assist sa kin nun reaervation is sya din ang nagdeliver sa food with her crew)...i asked din his teacher kung ilan ang need nya for her co-teachers, so ok na din walang sobra...pati classmates nya kinuha ko names para mejo ginawa kong personalized yun invites and loot at saka kung boy or girl (all bought from divi mall, nun di pa sunog and assorted candies from sm hypermart para hindi luma ang stock ng candy)...sa invite nagpagawa nalang ko kay hubby ng layout then printed it on Digiprint...sa loot labels naman nagprint lang ko sa sticker paper ng thank you note with my son's name and his classmates name...sa cake nag order ako ng toy story theme sa Goldilocks....kakatuwa pa kasi nung birthday nya mismo pagpasok namin sa classroom naglapitan mga classmates nya ni-hug sya and greet halos ako ang maiyak sa katuwaan...in the end happy ang son sa birthday celebation nya sa school, this year daw ulit kaya lang my problem is due date ko naman sa 2nd child namin napatapat ang birthday nya most probably i-advance nalang namin kung papayag si teacher...

It's my son's first birthday at school. August pa naman pero i want to prepare it na as early as now kasi I want na DIY lahat. My husband was the one who attended the meeting last Saturday so hindi ko nakausap yunf teacher about the rules on having birthday parties at school.

Basta ang sabi lang e during Monday-thursday, they can only eat during their snack time. No parties are allowed kasi they have to follow the scheduled lessons for the day.

Friday is their fun day and pwede daw mag party pero no baloons and mascot daw. Thursday kasi yung birthday ng anak ko. I'm thinking na sa Friday nalang para buong 2.5hrs e nagp party talaga sila. hehe

My question is, pwede kaya ako magbigay pa ng invitations sa mga bata. So I could include the number of heads na kasama sa party. Kasi ang balak ko classmates and teachers lang talaga. Yung ibang mga bata kasi e tig 3 yung sundo. Baka kasi lahat din sila e makikikain. hahaha

^naggagawa talaga kami ng invitation para alam ng ibang parents no need na magdala ng snacks yung mga bata saka nakakapagprepare ng gifts din. si teacher na lang nag didistribute nilalagay sa diary nila. sis di ba bawal naman ang guardian/parents sa loob ng classroom hindi ka na ma pressure na pakainin sila. sa amin may mga parents na kids and teachers lang talaga yung foods. meron din naman na nagdadala ng extra tapos dinidistribute sa waiting area.

sa school ng anak ko talaga sinecelebrate ang birthday  (sabi nga ng school with or without foods tuloy ang celebration). a week before binibigyan na kami ng school ng letter, regarding sa birthday celebration, nakalagay dun kung ano lang pwede ano bawal, basta  bawal anything na magcreate ng ingay saka balloons.

30 mins lang yun short story lang from parents or pwede si teacher na lang ang magkwento gawa na lang ang parents ng short story, with pictures ng bata mula nung baby hanggang sa recent picture ng bata. then kantahan ng birthday song, gift giving tapos kainan na. sa line na binibigay ni teacher yung mga lootbag/giveaways.
nakakatuwa pag candle blowing na lahat sila nakanguso para magblow din ng candle.

^ thanks for your reply sis. yes, hindi na allowed yung parents sa loob ng classroom. pero may ibang students kasi na since first time to go to school e ayaw talaga magpaiwan. hinahayaan nalang ng teacher kesa manggulo sa loob ng classroom. I think 2 students kasama parin yung yaya sa loob. hahaha

^nangyari  ito sakin nung nursery son ko. two yayas and one mom nasa loob. sobrahan mo na lang food sis kahit 5 lang kakahiya din di bigyan eh although syempre ang kids lagi may leftovers.

Im sure konti lang din sila kumain kasi 3 year olds lang yung mga yun. hehe
I just received their diary and naka indicate dun that they limit the party for 1hr lang.
So simple kainan and blowing of candles lang talaga ang mangyayari.
At least pwede parin akong mag DIY sa invitations and lagayan ng food, drinks and cupcakes.
Since wala namang party e hindi na ako magbibigay ng loot bags. hehe

Any suggestions on what to serve for 6yo? I want to veer away from the usual burger, spaghetti, chicken school party fare. We served pizza last year so I'm out of ideas. Plus it doesn't help that her recess is at 920am. Wala pang stores na open.

my daughter will have her birthday celeb at school on friday 7/5.their break is from 12-12:45.planning on goldilocks baked mac,puto,cheesesticks and bbq for the kids,will order pancit from ambers for teachers and staff.i also ordered disney princess mylar balloons from sulit.we wont be able to prepare it and be at our daughter's party kaya inayos ko na lahat para hindi mahassle mga lola.will be guving birth kasi on 7/3,same kay daughter and madischarge [textspeak!] kmi sa hospital on 7/5 lunch na,sana makaabot pero goodluck naman sa pain ko due to CS.

She's in morning class kaya ganun kaaga. Hmm doable the pancake since there's a mcdo nearby. But a not a lot of kids like pancakes

I'm planning my eldest son's birthday party on Sept.  They're 13 in their class, but I'll invite my 2nd son's class since 8 lang sila.  Last year, we had a Jollibee party sa classroom.  But this year, he requested iba naman daw. Nasawa na daw sya kay Jollibee kasi last year almost every month may Jollibee party sa kanila.
kaya this yr, I got Glenn the yoyomaster,para maiba naman.  Food siguro shakey's or order from ambers.  Cakes and cupcakes, ako na bahala.  Sa giveaways naman, I'm planning to give a mug cake para kids will enjoy baking din.
