I go to the spa every week to get scrubbed and soaked. I can always do it at home but what the hell, this is my favorite stress buster, headache buster.

If i want a whitening, glow or bleaching scrub - i go to belo or cv. if i want scrub + massage - i go to chi, the spa.

DYI body scrub lang ako lol. I use St. Ives apricot scrub =)

i use st ives apricot for the body.. nagkaka pimples ako pag sa face..

ive tried bs at relaksasi before, then wensha, nuat thai, rich spa makati and at the spa.. the best sa the spa for me..

i tried sa suriya spa sa frontera verde last long weekend. ok din naman for a thousand petot, and i felt my skin became so much smoother after the treatment saya! feeling shmexy!

DIY Body Scrub ang ginagamit ko brown sugar and honey with lemon...Almost 1 month ko na din ginagamit and nakita ko parang pumuti ako..

Abonne Spa Milk Salt, Maganda.. Pero I love Kustie more. Affordable pa ang Home Scrub sis. Kahit ikaw lang kasi makocontrol mo yung pagscrub.

Sis san nakakabili ng kustie? How much sya? Abonne din gamit ko. Ilang years na... Pumuti din talaga ko. Gusto ko lang mag try ng iba for a change...thanks!

Mura lang abonne sis. Nasa 120 yata. First time ko sya na try nung may nagbigay sakin galing bangkok. Dahil nagustuhan ko nagpapabili na ko tuwing may pumupunta ng bangkok. Wala pa kasi sya sa watsons that time. Tapos na discover ko meron na sa divi. 60 pesos lang. Pero nung nagkaron na sa watsons dun na ko bumibili. Malaki din pinuti ko sis. Siguro mga 3 to 4 shades din kasi yung mga friends ko nagulat din eh. Although sinamahn ko din ng likas papaya. Nagsasabon muna ko the di ko muna banlawan para di rin masakit pag iniscrub yung salt tapos banlaw na tsaka sabon ulit ng safeguard para naman panglaban sa germs. hehe. Sorry napahaba.

DIY lang din ako. Maganda yung Asian Secret's Lulur Scrub. Mas bet ko yung original variant, sarap ng amoy. Although not sure sa whitening effect nya, basta after i use this smooth and malambot skin ko.
Ngayon gamit ko yung from Glutha-C. Once ko palang nagagamit, so far ok naman sya. Medyo natatapangan lang ako sa amoy. Hihi :-p

DIY lang,gamit ko la vanite coffee scrub madaming benefits tska lakas makasosyal ng amoy.feeling mo nasa starbucks ka.mura lang siya,paminsan minsan din alternate ko with AS.

BN's body scrub is okay also skin white solutions' can buy it individually or kasama sa set nilang 8in1.

DIY body scrub, lemon, honey, coffee ( if you want anticellulite), brown refined sugar ( white will do also) add a touch of vanilla (optional) and EVCCO cold pressed!

Ang bango nga nung coffee, im using kapeng barako scrub then whole body massage after. Pag may oras pa mag sauna muna then saka scrub and massage. Kinis after

so true sis.. anticellulite din ang coffee.  before if mag DIY ako ng scrub bumibili lang ako nung parang whitening solutions from Venus and Mars yata and Bare minerals ba yun. I will add some drops of it lang.

DIY rin lang. Abonne Spa milk salt tapos the last time that we went sa The Farm in Batangas, may take-home gift kami na some organic soap and ylang-ylang massage oil. Sinasamahan ko ng massage oil yung Abonne, less harsh saka ang bango!

DIY lang din. Asian Secret's Lulur body scrub. Meron na din siyang facial scrub. So far so good, twice ko palang siya nagamit. Super kinis effect.

I scrub onxe or twice a week. I am currently using a coffee scrub given to me by a friend stationed in Egypt. Nefertari yung brand. Ang sarap ng amoy nakakagising LOL! Also read that it helps in minimizing cellulites.
