Ingredients:
ʉۢ1 can evaporated milk- i used alpine
ʉۢ1 can condensed milk - i used alaska
ʉۢ10 egg yolks
ʉۢ1 pack all-purpose / nestle gamit ko
ʉۢ1 tablespoon vanilla extract or orange rind, vanila extrac ginamit ko.

For the caramel:
ʉۢ1 cup sugar
ʉۢ3/4 cup water

•In a sauce pan, mix the sugar and water.  Bring to  a boil for a few minutes until sugar caramelize.
â€¢Pour the caramelized sugar into aluminum moulds – you can use any shape: oval, round or square.  Spread the caramel on the bottom of the moulds.
ʉۢMix well the evaporated milk, condensed milk, all-purpose cream, egg yolks and vanilla carefully by hand using a ladle.
•Gently pour the mixture on top of the caramel on the aluminum moulds.  Fill moulds to about 1 to 1 1/4 inch thick.
ʉۢCover moulds individually with aluminum foil.
â€¢Steam for about 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clear.  OR
â€¢Bake for about 45 minutes.  Before baking the flan, place the moulds on a larger baking pan half filled with very hot water.  Pre-heat oven to about 370 degrees before baking.
ʉۢLet cool then refrigerate.
â€¢To serve:  Run a thin knife around the edges of the mould to loosen Leche Flan.  Place a platter on top of the mould and quickly turn upside down to position the golden brown caramel on top.

i believe  this is the traditional Mexican flan. I want to try this, too kaso di ko gusto ang lasa ng nestle table cream nila dito sa u.s. pero siguro 2 klase na lang gagawin kong flan sa new year hehe. i've tried the one with lemon rind already and masarap siya at fresh ang aftertaste. i strained it with a cloth and also used the oven in making the leche flan using bain marie.

Ano yung nasa box?

Twice pa lang ako nakagawa ng leche plan kasi bubbly eh. Although masarap naman. The first one overbeaten. Yung second, dahan dahan ko naman hinalo pero may konting bubbles pa din. Wala kasi akong makitang katsa kaya strainer lang gamit ko. Buti someone suggested here na pwede din ang lampin. :) gagawa nga ako sa valentines.

^i think she meant the steamer feature on the rice cooker.  :) sometimes i use the rice cooker too to make the leche flan. to answer prettykhae's question, yes, just pour water in the cooker pot then place the steamer basket into the cooker, put the llanera and cover.

 ;D

1 hour & 15 mins. ko 'to steam, first I checked after 30 mins. liquid pa, then after 10 more mins. malambot pa rin, 10 more mins. malambot pa rin, 10 mins. again malambot pa rin so 15 more mins. ayun feeling ko ok na. Pinapalamig ko na sya ngayon.

Pero the other recipe na walang cream 30 mins. lang ok na.

Kapag ba dinagdagan ng egg yolk mababawasan ang lambot ng leche flan?

^ really sis? Ngayon Ko lang nalaman to. But a pressure cooker is a dangerous kitchen gadget to use, better check your manufacturers instruction to be sure. Kasi yung manual with my cooker has restrictions kung ano mga bawal.
