Davao - Pearl Farm

nung kami nagpunta chineck bag namin,taz may isang maliit na bag akong dala pang-baby dun may mga pagkain,junkfoods,biscuits,candy, saka milk ni baby.sinasabi namin kay baby yung mga pagkain,ok naman pinayagan naman,pero di rin namin nakain kasi sa buffet palang,sobrang busog na kami eh.andaming foods sarap,yung buffet lang gusto ko balikan dun,

^sis nag ala carte lang kami and spent around 1K for 2. and since buffet ang breakfast, we ended up not having lunch kasi super bundat pa from breakfast. sobrang sulit nung buffet ng breakfast hehe. then derecho happy hour a lang kami sa Parola, half price ang drinks and food haha!

we were there last December and we had small luggage. hindi rin kami in-inspect. even our handbags

waaahhh, mukhang di nanaman matutuloy ang Davao namin or at least not on the dates that I have booked our plane tickets... kasi I'm preggy and I don't think I can fly during the dates I've booked... haaay... perhaps move dates nalang

Though Pearl Farm is not that fabulous or luxurious (well unless sa Malipano villas ka magstay), I think PF is still the must-visit beach resort in Davao. For the price of 6,400 for a Samal Room with bfast for 2, I dont think naman nalugi kami. Sakto lang. Naenjoy namin ang Malipano beachfront, swerte lang kami walang villa guests that time kaya pinayagan siguro kaming dun magstay.

The day tour rate costs P1,850 on weekdays and P2,500 on weekends. Ang mahal. But for just a little more money, why not avail the overnight stay. Again, we got our Samal House for only P6,400. Basically it means P3,200 for each person lang. The Hilltop rooms are cheaper for sure. So if you plan to visit Pearl Farm, go for an overnight stay. Compute compute din pag may time.

^^sis i love malipano beach too! dyan namin kinain yung baon namin junkfoods kasi ang tagal pa maglunch nung nagpunta kami. parang kami may ari nung island kasi kami lang tao hehe.

^ I also personally believe you should visit Pearl Farm still We stayed in Mandaya House because the Samal House is full. But given a choice, mas maganda location ng Samal cheaper pa!

And yes, by any chance go to Malipano Island! That will make your stay all worth it.

Went back to Davao but did not go to Pearl Farm na. One stay / experience is okay. Went to Chema's by the Sea last weekend naman.

iba kasi yung rate sa website mismo, at iba din yung quote samin nung nag email kami sa reservations nila. mas mura ngayon kasi lean season, at under renovation pa yung infinity pool at parola kaya siguro mas  mababa offered rate ngayon.

for me, mas ok nga location ng samal houses. malapit sa reception, sa resto, at sa port. ok naman yung samal suites if ever bukas na yung parola at infinity pool.

yes, ok sa malipano beach! yung sa likod. andaming taong nagfflock sa unahan eh di hamak na mas malinis at mas peaceful yung sa likod na part. swertihan lang kung walang villa guests.

afterbackreading, wala akong masyadong nabasa about accomodation kundi Pearl Farm. any suggestion mga sisses, will be going to Davao next month for work and siyempre may konting leisure. hehe, san ba pwedeng magstay within the City. super tight ang budget namin. TIA!

Nung nagpunta kami Davao last December, we stayed at Royale House sa city. We had a pleasant and hassle free experience with them

cheaper ang Hilltop Room sis pero for me best room yung Samal House which costs around P6400 nga. pero kami, we booked thru Asia Travel kasi sya cheapest nung nag-compare ako sa Agoda and PF mismo. we were there last December
