what's the first dish you ever cooked?

hi mga sis! gusto ko na kasi talaga matuto magluto.. pero wala namang nagtuturo sakin o even tutulong, ako lang talaga gagawa.. yung mga lutong ulam sana.. kaya i wanna know what's the first dish you ever cooked? ang alam ko lang kasi lutuin ngayon eh itlog, hotdog, noodles and fried stuff (yung mga tipong nabili ng marinated kasi hindi rin ako marunong magtimpla).. 

hindi ko kasi alam kung paano sisimulan kaya gusto ko malaman yung pinakauna nyong t-nry lutuin.. pa-post na rin po ng recipes (kahit ganu kasimple) kasi newbie talaga at wala ko alam sa pagluluto.. it'll be much appreciated talaga.. TIA!

IRONLADY    I hate cooking, but stepped up to the challenge 1 day because cooking for your kids is enjoyable.  But I still do not feel like cooking everyday, or every week.     

What did I learn?  More than having the complete and fresh ingredients... what makes 1 dish cooked by everyone better tasting than your neighbors' or sisters' is the PROCEDURE of cooking.

So, like you... I hope others here share their Procedures and old-time-reliable logic of cooking...  so we can all upgrade our skills.

The 1st dish I cooked all on my own?  When I was still single and we were all into potluck for beach weekends...  a simplified beef caldereta.

tinola, na maraming maraming sabaw. i was caught off guard when his officemates were already peering out our window one our first week at our house. i thought i was only cooking for the two of us. so i had to put alot of sabaw to extend the dish. argh!

1st kong nailuto was tinolang manok... may sakit kasi si mommy ko nun, so ako na lang nagluto with the guidance of my dad, siyempre... masarap naman siya at madali lang iluto...

pork adobo din. first time ko was during my college years. katawa nga dahil matikman ng father ko sabi nya saken ok naman daw ang lasa wag lang ngunguyain. hehe. i cooked alone kase, naabsorb lahat ng pork yung toyo na nilagay ko. haha. now, medyo ok nako magluto ng adobo.
