what's the first dish you ever cooked?

I guess ham is the very first thing I cooked. Pero kung yung medyo substantial at complicated gawin, my first dish was lechon paksiw.  Nadiscourage ako magluto after that kasi sabi ng ate ko para daw syang nilalason! So back to fried items na uli.  Tsaka kasi my mom was a very good cook and our helper was also, kaya oftentimes everyone just prefers them to do the cooking. May excuse pa talaga ako no, haha.
