hay naku, i also had a bad experience with ysa after the diamond peel treatment. the cleaning was not thorough so i ended up having pimples and annoying blackheads! :(

i was very alarmed after reading this thread for i just got off the phone for an appointment at the fort branch. since andaming complain about them i called again and asked for an explanation on the negative feedbacks.

Turned out the the diamond peel treatment really lasts for a max of 15 mins. your treatment will stretch for an hour if your getting the facial treatment since yun ang madaming procedures like pricking, steam etc. so normal lang pala yun guys :) whew
sis, facial+diamond peel yung voucher ko sa ensogo. i had the steaming muna then habang ini-steam pa yung face ko (as in nakabukas pa yung steamer) pinupunasan na nung attendant to start the pricking. this happened twice kaya nagtaka ako sa procedure nila kasi i also had my facial+diamond peel on other derma clinics, sa iba hindi naman ganun. siguro nga sa fort branch lang ganito or sa ensogo vouchers lang pero sa other branches or regular clients baka mas maayos sila.

You know what sisters, I take it back.
Don't go to YSA specially at the Fort branch! It's a nightmare.
Don't trust your skin with them. "Doctors" there are unprofessional AND RUDE. Hay  :'(

Ensogo should be careful who they partner with if they don't want to be ruined.

Just had my facial with dp in mindanao ave. Kala ko mung una di ako magagawan! I forgot na mon to thurs lang pala ang pag claim (nawala sa isip ko na friday today.) Buti na lang, sa ysa mindanao ave, everyday sila tumatanggap ng ensogo, yun nga lang may cut off time sila. Anyway, maayos naman ang service nila, parang 1.5 hours ata ako ginawan from the mask to the dp session.  Staff were nice naman and nasagot naman yung mga questions ko. Happy naman ako sa resulta. Overall, no complains ako except siguro na super lamig yung aircon maski may towel. Oh, may free coffee nga pala sila.

i bought a voucher from buyanihan dati, UA whitening with peeling ata yun, okay naman ang mga staff sa Ysa Mindanao branch.. After 1 month na bother ako kasi parang walang effect and nag brown yung sides ng UA ko, when I called them to set an appointment pinapunta nila ako as soon as possible..  I found out that it's my fault pala kasi mali pag apply ko ng lotion.. They are kind enough to give me diamond peel and bleach the next day, for free! :) mababait ang staff sa min.ave branch. Okay na UA ko. :)

It's so sad that majority of the reviews here on Ysa is negative. However, my experience at Ysa Shopwise Arcade, Cubao was quite nice. I availed of the discount voucher which indicated that an appointment needs to be set before I can use it. But I was happy to hear from the receptionist that I can go there anytime with no need for a reservation. Grace (the one who did my facial and diamond peel) was kind and accomodating. She was constantly checking if I was okay, if the steam was not too hot, if the procedure was not painful, if the aircon was cold enough. etc. She also answered all my questions patiently and even included my neck in the peeling for FREE (after I told her that my face and  neck might not look the same afterwards if only the face was peeled). Unlike other clinics where attendants push their products, Grace did not do so but only mentioned them when I inquired about them. I love their sunblock for the face because it does not have a greasy after feel. I also bought their vita white for  my sunspots and dark eye circles but it is still too early to say if it's effective.

And nagpapa diamond peel lang ako one week after ng facial.

mga sis, try nyo sa clinica dermatologica sa ortigas, yung mother branch nila. ok service nila. super linis mukha ko after the facial. never ako nagbreak out after. Im regular client for 7years na, pero dun lang sa ortigas kase I had terrible experience in their tutuban branch. Na-try ko lang one time kasi nagawi ako & my friend sa area, that was 5 years ago ha. The next day yung pimple ko lalong lumaki at na-aggravate pa yung iba. Kaya after nun kahit malayo kami sa Ortigas branch talagang sinasadya ko pa. Ok ang products nila specially post acne lotion#4.

may thread pala nito dito client na kame ng YSA for more than 9 years and I must say hiyang ako sa gamot nila not until nung nastress na ako prior to going abroad and not getting any facial treatments or meds nila and for a year now ngayon lang ako uli naka-experience ng pimples. Ang dame ko na tuloy scars and im eyeing on Belo or Cathy Valencia kase yung last peeling ko sa kanila nung August yata hindi ganung nag-effect pero whenever I get facial care tapos aalisin nila yung laman ng pimple, cystic pa to yung malalaki nagdadry up talaga.

Look for Dhel sya talaga gumagawa samen eversince.

^honeybunny
walang nakalagay na ingredients sa bottle ko pero you can ask about it sa kanila, facial varies i think, they have this price sa first timers, correct me if im wrong 500 or 600 na yata ngayon and then may packages nadin naman sila na 5+2 or yung gamot yung magiging free, just ask about it.

about sa branches sa ensogo or deals yung mga franchised branch lang yata to
