^siguro try mo muna yung 1 voucher. malay mo ok ang service na makuha mo. in my case kasi same person ang nag-attend sakin nung 1st and 2nd visit ko so parehong service lang ang nakuha ko. just the same as the 1st visit, hindi din ako satisfied sa 2nd visit. so after ko magamit yung 2 vouchers, bumalik ako kung saan mas ok yung nakuha kong service and kung saan maganda yung result na nakuha ko...sa skin station bel-air makati branch. :)

^ thanks sis. try ko muna i-cancel yung order ko with ensogo. pwede ata basta processing phase pa yung order. i just bought the deal this morning at wala pa akong vouchers. i'll call din their hotlines.

^ hi sis. i still have 2 vouchers di ko pa nagamit but i gave my sister 1. hindi din siya satisfied. she went sa the fort branch. sobra sandali lang nung facial and diamond peel. sinabi pa nga ng sister ko dun sa attendant na i hope youl give me good service bcoz ive heard that if we will use vouchers your service is not good at all. yun nga grabe [textspeak!] pa ata 30 mins tapos na. worse part dun sa the fort branch as per my sister. they will ask you to wash your face before procedure. meaning ikaw ang pupunta sa sink nila and wash mo yung face mo. i just dont know sa ibang branch. might try their mindanao ave branch one of these days pero panget ata talaga sa ysa.

^ thanks sa feedback sis.

dati regular akong nagpapa-diamond peel pero sa ibang clinic. minimum of 1 hour usually yun especially kung may kasamang facial. eh medyo madami pa naman akong blackheads. at madali din akong magkapimple. kaya nung nabasa ko bad feedback dito sa GT pati na din sa mismong ensogo discussion board, email agad ako sa support tapos tumawag din ako to make sure. pwede pa naman daw kasi wala pa sakin yung vouchers. so i'm crossing my fingers na sana ma-cancel talaga at ma-refund yung pera ko. 5 vouchers pa naman binili ko.

^3 clinics palang na-try ko with regards to facial --- Let's Face It, Skin Station (Bel-air Makati) and YSA (The Fort).. yung sa Let's Face It mga 45mins to more than 1 hour depende sa tagal kong di nagpa-facial at kung madami akong blackheads, with them din ako ang maghihilamos ng face before i-conduct yung facial. After the facial ipapakita yung nakuhang blackheads.

At same with LFI, papakita din sayo yung nakuhang blackheads na nasa tissue. In my case meron akong fat deposit sa face nung 1st session ko, inalis din nila yun without additional cost as compared with other clinics na may dagdag na singil. At pumuputi face ko a few days after my facial+DP in SkinStation, same as with LFI. At special treatment kasi may sariling closed room, comfy bed, robe, headband, well-lit room na mabango ang amoy at relaxing ang music (may cabinet for client's bags/clothes pa), yummy hot tea after the treatment, lastly, laging naka-smile at soft-spoken yung attendant at receptionist.

Yung YSA parang LFI, pero in fairness with LFI better naman ang service at facilities nila as compared with YSA. So pag may nagtanong sakin about YSA The Fort branch hindi ko nirerecommend. I just tell them, check mo sa ibang branch baka mas ok ang service.

try nyo Mindanao Ave Branch.  Different from the other branches. From what I know, iba ibang franchise owner ang YSa. some branches have better managment than the others eh.
I've been going to Mindanao Branch since they openend. so far so good. nakikita ko rin [textspeak!] mga Ensogo users, parang same treatment time lang from the regular customers.

@ayionick -  Ganun ba sis? Regular patient kasi ako sa YSA lalo na YSAFORT, ang haba ng treatment po sa isang patient dumidipende sa type ng skin ng patient, lalo na kung sobrang nipis ng skin like me, kaya pag nag papa IDP ako as in wala pang 10mins. kasi pag tumagal yun lalong madadamage skin natin. Same with Facial dipende rin sa dami ng dumi natin sa face, Pwede mo naman sabihin sa skin care advisor mo kung my nakita ka pang white head or black heads na di natanggal.

^buti naman at kahit paano pala ok ang service nila sa regular patients nila. tama ka that the treatment time depends on the skin type. in my case, hindi sensitive at hindi din manipis ang skin ko. having tried few facials cares already na-observe ko na kung gaano katagal o ano ang dapat gawin sa face ko, with that i was able to conclude what i posted about ysa. and i also have some officemates na nagtry sa ysa the fort, we all have same sentiments. eventhough i don't recommend ysa the fort, i still inform our sisses that it's their choice to still give a chance to ysa. either on fort branch or any other branches. kasi nga pwedeng iba ang maging experience nila sa naexperience ko at ng officemates ko.

mga sis if you're looking for professional facials...ysa skin care center ang dapat puntahan. their facial is not as cheap as the commercial skin centers pero every centavo na ibabayad nyo worth it.  sobrang linis ng face ko after facial ko sa ysa unlike sa skin station (i was treated by a friend) kulang cleaning nila:( i decided to treat my friend sa ysa skin care center sa festival mall, alabang...ayon, addict na sha ngayon! mababait tao don...they make me and my friends feel at home. i actually bought 5 ensogo vouchers ng ysa tapos pinabili ko din mga friends ko na ysa addicts...sabi ko sa kanila sabay kaming magpa beauty...panalo!

shajhong17 - ako din! I love Post Acne#4, I've been going to Ysa for more than 8yrs , eto ang staple sa skin regimen ko. Erythro & Post Acne4. Actually, napansin ko nga, the more you use PostAcne, the easier it is to remove Black Heads. parang mas hindi na kumakapit yung blackheads. tapos sabayan pa ng Vitawhite, yung old scars mo, talagang naglilighten.

Aside from Post Acne, addict din ako sa Special Rejuv Body Cream. Medyo pricey sya, but litaw naman ang effect nya. You actually see the effect, kasi mag mild peeling ka sa katawan, parang diamond peel na pinapahid sa katawan. hehe=)

Dati, sa Clinica Dermatologica ako pumupunta, (its the mother branch of YSA), sa Ortigas, which is super layo from my place. I also tried YSA Malabon branch, but again, ang layo.  But eversince nagbukas yung sa Mindanao Branch. Dun na ako pumupunta.  If I am not mistaken, parang two years na sila. May juice & coffee pa nga eh, just like salons diba. Cool din, when I went there last sunday, may Nuts Dispenser sila na automated.

:)

i was very alarmed after reading this thread for i just got off the phone for an appointment at the fort branch. since andaming complain about them i called again and asked for an explanation on the negative feedbacks.

Turned out the the diamond peel treatment really lasts for a max of 15 mins. your treatment will stretch for an hour if your getting the facial treatment since yun ang madaming procedures like pricking, steam etc. so normal lang pala yun guys :) whew

^ are you going to use an ensogo voucher? meron din kasing mga gumamit ng ensogo voucher, which is supposedly diamond peel + facial, pero same din ang complaint.
