Dati, i jog around our phase for 30-45mins every other night, as in late at night. Tapos i do exercises on individual muscles sa bahay lang, i follow routines that i found on youtube. Then nung nagdecide yung asawa ko na sabayan ako magjog, yung cardio exercise ko naging every other hapon na.

My routine:

Every day cardio: walking and running combined for an hour
3-4x/week ab workout: leg-ups 3 sets of 45, oblique plate/kettlebell side twists 3 sets of 100
3-4x/week core strengthening: 1000 kettlebell spins
once or twice a month boxing (45 minutes no rest)

plus...playing physical fights and games on Kinect!

I no longer go to the gym so I have to workout before or after work na lang. A bit tough because I love my sleep and HATE waking up very early... and at night time, I feel guilty spending time away from my daughter. So I can only workout after I put her to sleep talaga and only for an hour

so I do Fitness Blender's HIIT workouts (2-3x lang in a week), then other days I walk on the treadmill for 25 mins, then do strength training afterwards

20 to 30 minutes. I need to lose weight dahil sa polycystic ovaries ko at 25 na kasi ako. Mas mahirap na daw maglose pag 30+ na ang age.

im fine!

Hi All! Happy new year!! I'm sure everyone's trying to get back to a workout routine.

As for me, I started last year lang with a PT. I could never do it on my own kasi I only get motivated for a few days then wala na. I've tried Jillian Michaels, My Fitness Pal, Fitness Blender, BBG.

Just this year though, I decided to commit myself and join the #kaylamovement (BBG) which started Jan. 11 (although anytime naman puede mag start). What I like about BBG is that it's more structured, like you have a schedule to follow so unlike FB na you don't know what to do next with the many many options they have. Plus, BBG has a great community in IG that will really keep you motivated. Konti lang nga BBG pinays so if you wanna do it too, look me up in IG: goodvibesmombbg so we can keep each other motivated! =)

Fitness Blender also has scheduled programs you can purchase. Example: FB Blend, FB Fit, etc. They have all the workouts figured out na for you. Quite cheap too, I think some are only 10usd? Some like the FB Booty, cheaper pa.

I bought FB Booty, FB Fit 30 (30 mins a day) and another one I can't remember...

But I also bought BBG. Mas motivated lang ako sa FB because they don't try to kill you unlike the personal trainers I had lol

I haven't been this skinny since 2009. But I was 47kgs then and underweight (I won't do that ever again)

hi gumdrops26! that's good to hear :) i also bought from FB (and it's still there in fact). i guess i liked BBG more because it has a more active group in IG? i'm just really struggling with committing to a workout and BBG works for me (so far).

Kayla definitely has a massive following on social media and the results from her workouts are impressive if you have self discipline. I've seen her around the city a few times but I'm not sure if I'll actually attend her bootcamps. Feeling ko lang papatayin nya ko ;D

good luck to us all!

I have a 2 year old kid na, so It's a hassle if I'm going to spend long hours in the Gym just to exercise. So every morning when I wake up, I do 10-15 sit ups before bumangon sa bed..

I walk to work which is 1km away, approximately 15 mins. one way. I try to go to the gym at least 3x a week for a class like bootcamp, HIIT or body sculpt. I like classes like that because I feel that's efficient because they have both toning and cardio. I'm having trouble keeping to the 3x a week because sometimes I get overloaded at work, like last week I wasn't able to go :(
