Siguro kahit 2 a week na play para makasali ako ng mga tournament, huwag lang magcoconfromise sa meeting up ko sa clients ko at schedule ng wedding event mismo malamang maisisingit ko sya,

Next week I'll skip the gym muna and just do light yoga stretching at home. I'm planning to do the apple detox for 4 days kase. Grabe I already feel so bloated. Tamang tama din to jumpstart my healthy eating in preparation for our April bora trip :)

Before leaving for work: Oatmeal, Poten-cee, and 2 glasses of water.

Lunch at work (varies but mostly on the unhealthy side due to office location and budget) no softdrinks though.

Light dinner + Immuvit then go to Elorde Katipunan (30mins-1hour from my office with traffic) for boxing 3 times a week (or as long as schedule and my body permits) then at least 30 minutes light cycling every other night. :)

Will start circuit training next month and hopefully increase cycling to everyday.

^feline13, is it better ba to lift 3kg dumbbells everyday (whole body workout) rather than lifting 7kg dumbbells every other day (MWF whole body rin)?

I go on the stationary bike rin pala 5 days a week for at least 30 mins. Moderate pace pero minsan nag HIIT ako for about 5 mins then for the other 25 mins, moderate pace lang...

As per studies sis, kelangan ng muscles na mag rest.. Kaya for those na nag wowork-out everyday, it is recommended to do it in splits. Like, upper body Monday, lower body Tuesday, upper ulit sa Wed, etc. Or kung hindi naman, if whole body ka talaga, MWF ang whole body weight lifting, tapos the remaining days, alternate sa cardio naman. Everything in moderation, patient nag nutrition.. Kasi we want it to be a lifestyle and not a "fad" na mahirap I-sustain eventually di ba?
Hope this helps sis..

Our house is getting renovated so I am now staying in a rented condo near my work place. Downside is the adjustment to the space, bedroom, etc but the big pro is that now i get to ride my bike going to work! i timed myself and it was around 10 - 15 mins max of riding slowly lang plus free parking in podium! i can see myself doing this daily for the next few months! :)

The only exercise I get each day, is to walk to the stares and open the gate whenever I leave the house. Jeez. Need to get some exercise routine. :|

question: eat before exercise or eat after exercise?

Eat a little before exercise (banana or apple; oatmeal)

My work out schedule now is MWFSatSun.

MWSat - 20 min treadmill, 20 min cycling, 45 min functional exercises

WFSun - 1 hour cardio (30/30 treadmill and cycling or any classes)
