GYM : 3x a week mwf weight training, 2x spinning or cardio machine tth .  1 hour per day. Thats my typical week. I dont follow any diet, I maximize on eating fruits and veggies. I use my dvd workout ( 30day shred by Jillian Michaels - Level 3 ) if I cant go to the gym.

I teach Zumba 5-6 evenings per week. I practice at home for 30-45 mins. few  hours before going to my class.  On days when I don't teach, I attend the classes of my co-instructors.

^I don't enjoy jogging, it gives me side stitches. Pilates is good for the abs. Give it a try.

^ work on your v-shape by doing pullups, rows, deadlifts, and shoulder/ military press. leg exercises are also good for toning lower extremities like squats, lunges,

just 30 mins of jogging/walking after work. if i have time in the morning, i do 15 mins of yoga. i lost an inch on the waist after 1 month. but this includes substituting rice with camote during lunchtime.

I really admire those who can do cardio for 30 to an hour.  I can only do 15-20 mins of cardio and I am sweating like dripping sweat.  I do 500 crunches more after cardio and 2 sets of 20 leg raises after.

here's an effective and inexpensive way to reduce tummy.pwede gawin sa bahay, pwede din sa work. sit straight on a chair(dapat walang kutson - ordinary computer chair will do). place your hands on your sides and push against the chair so that you suspend your body,  then raise your knees. medyo mahirap sa simula but as you get used to it, madali na sya. no cross no crown. dahil wala me [textspeak!] sa gym madalas ko gawin lalo na pag guilty ako for eating too much and see my tummy bulging  :D
