i have a 3 day alternating routine

day 1: shoulders and tris, abs
day 2: back and bis, abs
day 3: legs, abs

other people do chest but i don't want to develop them. every day i do cardio and from time to time i take a break with just cardio and abs or yoga

Starters: cardio (treadmill or cycling 30 min)
OR any group exercise

Tuesday: shoulders, arms, and abs
Thursday/Friday: back, abs and hips
Saturday/Sunday: hips, legs, abs

I work out everyday as much as possible.

I do 45 mins threadmill, 45 bike and, 45 rotex. Sometimes I do yoga or retro/latin dance classes. Weights rin sometimes pero ayoko pa sa ngayon gusto ko muna maburn yung mga kailangan iburn thru cardio.

^^TRX?  wow! San sya natututunan?  Can you learn it on your own or do you actually have to be trained to learn it?

^our trainers in the gym are trained professionally, of course we are guided all the time, TRX is kind of hard to learn on your own. its an intense workout that should be supervised by professional trainers.

^ wow, I hope I can have the discipline like you to always be in the gym.

What I usually do whenever i go to gym is 45 mins. threadmill/CT and di nawawala abs.
then i also alternate between lower body and upper body workouts.

plus i attend 1 hr dance class every M, W, Th and Sunday.

Me naman depende sa sked ko I'm at tha gym 4-5x week. I do weights regularly, 3 day split works the best for me. Then I do group classes for cardio. Mga sis if magbuhat kayo, maski toning only, don't ignore a body part. Do all para balanced ang labas. Just don't do as much exercises for that body part.

Like one sis doesn't want to develop her chest, it won't blow up like a guys, but it will keep the "girls" looking much better. That tone sa muscle chest will keep them "up". At least do push ups, it works more than your chest pa.

Other than that, kudos to all the sisses here who workout. Keep up all that good work. :)

I changed my work out routine and so far it's only been 2 weeks yet I've noticed that I'm getting firmer and losing weight compared to my previous routine. My ex-trainee who's an FT at FF The Fort taught me functional exercises. Nung una napansin ko nga talaga na di hamak na mas pinapawisan ako dito kesa sa mag-treadmill ng 30 min. So I do the routine 3 times a week plus 15 min of treadmill before and after the routines. I also try to joing body combat, body jam, and dynamic flow everytime i get the chance to.

M-W-F:
Power 90 (Sculpt phase 1-2) - 30 minutes
Pilates - 30 minutes
Zumba/Walking videos of Leslie Sansone - 30 minutes

T-Th-S
Power 90 (Sweat phase 1-2 + Ab Ripper 100) - around 45 minutes
Pilates - 45 minutes

Sunday
Rest

I used to do the 30 day shred but I stopped muna kasi ndi ko kaya isabay sa Power 90. Parang masyado nang pagod. Saka na lang pag natapos ko na yung 90 days ng Power 90. Hehe By that time, sana di na kasing hirap gawin yung shred. Hehe

i stopped going to the gym since it does not fit into my schedule.  on weekdays, i do zumba and follow dance/workout videos.  on weekends, i jog!  may jogging lane rin naman sa gym kaso nakakasawa.

Right now, I do 1 hour of Barre3 everyday. The next week, I'll add 2 hours of ashtanga yoga every Tuesdays and Thursdays.

So far, ok naman. I feel better and stronger.

Walk/run with my dogs, approx 1 km distance. 3 sila so 3x ko ginagawa each time. i do this 3 or 4x a week.
Walk to the local wet market (about 500 m away) 2x/week. walk back home both arms and backpack loaded with stuff including kilograms of rice ;D
Climb up/down stairs to the 7th floor of my building 3x/day.
situps and pushups about 30 each a day.
Dancing with a group about 2x/week about 3 hours each time, depending on the season.
Housework (try old-fashioned pagbubunot ng old hardwood floors, it'll give you a workout ;D)
Yoga for a few minutes each day.

di ko nasusulit ang gym dahil sa busy ng sked, so i fit in any physical activity whenever possible. magbanat lang ng buto and walk instead of riding vehicles.

crossfit 5x a week. i plan to have a new schedule that would maximize my gym time. cardio on evenings, about 10-15 mins lang so super hinayang/sayang cause i usually take about 2.5 hours dun sa gym (including travel time, sauna).
