getting pregnant after taking duphaston anybody here?

Hi, my last tablet was on sunday and got my period after 3 days...we've been planning since december, got positive in january..heavy bleeding in february..doctor assumed i had miscarriage..so march - april, my af became different, very scanty and light brown, may-june, no af, so we decided to go to ob and the doctor prescribed us duphaston..the thing is, very light pa rin sya compare to my previous af before i got bfp..haysst..we badly want to have baby na since all of our friends who got married have their babies already..i know 6 months is still early pa..pero kadepress din..later i will make an appointment with my ob, ask ko kung need ba icontinue ang duphaston..i read kasi somewhere na nagpapakapal sya ng uterus lining para maganda kapit ng egg if ever mafertilize sya..goodluck to all of us who are ttc!!😘😊

Took Duphaston 10mg THREE times a day starting day 01 post ovulation..

Now Im 5 weeks preggo. And still taking it. Ill have TVS about mga 6 weeks or so, pag OK naman si baby, ill taper down to Twice a day na lang until mag 10 weeks ako, then once a day until matapos ang first trimester.

Mejo may kamahalan, pero its all worth it.

my hubby and i were trying to conceive for one year na pero our OB only made us take duphaston and clomid this year..duphaston para pampakapit or pag bleed tapos clomid naman to ovulate na kapag nag bleed na.. Also, I have hypothyroidism kaya siguro nahirapan din kami magbuntis nugn first year of marriage.. so ayun, first time namen inumin yung combo na yun nung march and by first week of may, nag positive na ang PT I am now 23 weeks preggy

I am new here. Was scanning everything here and all infos are really comforting for me. I am 30yo and 4 mos married. I am hoping na preggy din, 21 days delayed. After a week of contact with hubby nagkaroon ako ng spotting (aug 20) it was a drop, gabi yun. Then kinabukasan meron na line of blood then hindi naman lumakas. Then went to the office kinabukasan used pads na yung morning na yun sobrang dumami sya. Kinabukasan scanting na lang and sa gabi totally gone.

But I have lots of signs (freq urination, naduduwal every morning esp when taking water, breast soreness and visible stretch marks and veins, unexplainable tingling sensation from my puson, pulse rate increases ranges 81-95bpm and food cravings) already and really I am confused, kasi I always get BFN. At nasasad ako everytime I try to test myself and get that result.

Last Sep 9, got a drop of blood again, thats when I thought na I better consult an OB. She ordered me Trans UTZ, OGTT and TSH bec she is ruling out PCOS. The same day got the result of my Trans UTZ and my endometrium is slightly thickened at 0.92cm. Sabi OB ko its normal to thicken and she gave me Duphaston and take it for 5days 2x a day. Kapag nagkaroon daw ako hindi ako buntis if not, then I am pregnant.

Its been 5 days today and wala pa AF. Went to my OB earlier for my results for OGTT and TSH. Unfortunately reliever ang andun. Agad agad, sinabi nya sa akin na there's no chance that I am Pregnant. Kaya sobrang down ako. I even told her that I have all those signs for too long already. But still she insisted that I will get my period until Saturday. If wala pa din she asks me to come back on Monday. Sobrang DOWN talaga ako dun sa OB na yun... I think of waiting for my real OB to come back bago ako bumalik (too bad hanggang OCT pa sya wala).

By any chance anyone here nakaexperience na nabuntis after taking duphaston? Sobrang I am still hoping... T_T

^sis ganyan din experience ko with duphaston before. i have PCOS. I have all the pregnancy signs and wala ding period pero palaging BFN. Even had HCG blood test to confirm pero talagang negative. After 2 weeks or so dumating si AF.

I am 42 years old napo. Gusto ko pa pong magkaanak although two years ago i found out na retroverted pala Uterus Ko kaya di ako magkaanak that time. Matagal na po akong di nagpapatingin sa Ob. Mejo high risk. Napo raw po kasi ang maaring pregnancy ko according sa Ob na nagpaanak sakin. Wala na kasi akong connection sa doctor na nagpaanak. Sakin 13 yrs ago. At may edad na rin po yun although she's one of the best talaga from. PARANAQUE MED. Ngayon kasi nasa North Caloocan napo ako. Any suggestion po ng Hospital na affordable lang po pero magaling na Ob sa Infertility at High Risk PREGNANCY? HOPE to hear from your replies po mga sis. Sayang kasi nagbabakasyon si Mister gusto po sana namin makabuo na. Salamat po.

I was prescribed to take duphaston for 10 days last Jul 29 - Aug 7.
Reg ang period ko pero netong Aug - Last ako ng 4 days. Kala ko nga yun na. Nakakairita...

Anyway...

Wala naman negative reactions ang katawan ko, kaso parang may onting onting sakit yung breasts, ganon lang.

Start ako ng clomid soon.

I just wanted to know if May naka experience na po sa inyo nito.. 2mos pa lang akong married and regular naman period ko but this month nagkaroon ako ng spotting since aug3-11 brown [textspeak!] color di naman nakaapuno ng panty liner. Aug 8 & 11 neg ang pt ko, aug 11 nagpunta ako sa ob ang sabi nya may mild pcos ako and nasira [textspeak!] mens ko kasi 2mos pa lang naman ako kasal. Nagtake ako ng duphaston for 10days, last day ko ng take was aug 20. Up to now wala pa din ako mens pero may pms nako masakit boobs, lower backache, nahihilo, minsan naduduwal. But now aug 23 neg pa din pt ko. Any advice po or anyone na nakaexprience ng ganito. Tia

Yes na experience ko sya, after ng wedding ko na suppose to be mag karuon ako pero di ako nagka menstruation. For the 1st time na pumalya menstrual cycle ko,kaya nagulat ako kabilis ko naman mabuntis ini assume ko. Pero because of stress in preparing the wedding kaya na delayed menstruation ko yata. Then nag pa OB ako and she found out PCOS ako both ovaries. Mahirapan daw ako mag buntis, so binigyan nya ako duphaston for 10days. If mag ka menstruation na daw ako i stop ko. On the 2nd day kung inumin nag ka menstruation na ako and i stop duphaston. And to my surprise after a month buntis na ako! That's my story.

So nagstop din na naman mens ko. then lately nagpacheckup na ulit ako, then my doctor prescribed me duphaston again for 5 days then after yazmin for 2 months then after nun she prescribed me FERTYL for 5 days, then PREMARIN for 10days then DUPHASTON now for 10days. and sabi nya sa month ng september pag di pa rin daw ako nagkaroon, hopefully ay dahil preggy na ako.

So mga sis, sana nga magpositive ako by september. I'll update you mga sis. so, goodluck to all of us!

Hi! Im am new in this thread. Hope this is still active. Ttc din kami ni hubby. We are 7mos married ang ttc for 6mos. Gusto na kasi talaga namin magka baby. I have pcos (both ovaries). On my 1st month, my OB prescribed metformin once daily to regulate my cycle and clomid 50mg for 5days to ovulate pero hindi dumating c AF kasi hindi ako nag ovulate, then pinag pills nya ako for 2mos and dumating nman c AF sa 2mos na pills. Then 2nd round ko na ng clomid 100mg for 5days pero hindi parin ako nag ovulate kaya nag prescribe cya ng duphastos para mgka AF. This month 150mg clomid na. Hope na mag work na talaga cya kasi na sstress na ko sa kakaantay kahit 6mos pa lang ☹ minsan para na akong baliw kasi naiiyak ako lagi. Iniisip ko baka hindi na talaga ako mabuntis ☹
