^yes sis, let's inspire each other.

I also got my supply na kanina lang. I also joined their fitness challenge. first weigh in kanina. wala pa meal plan ginawa coach ko pero here's what I'll do:

Breakfast (7am): Aloe, Tea, and Shake
Snack (10am): fruit
Lunch (12 noon): 1 cup brown rice, chicken/fish
Snack (4pm): vegetable, fruits, and oats
Exercise (7-8pm)
Dinner 8:30: Shake

I really wanted to win so I can have my stash that I'll use in the coming months.  :P

My mom enrolled me to Herbalife's 10-day meal program. I just finished my first cycle last week and I've lost 1.2kg. I could have lost more than 2kg but I cheated for 5 consecutive days prior to my weigh-in day. Hahaha! I just started my 2nd cycle today. I'll try to stick to my diet and see if I lose more in this second cycle. When I started Herbalife, I was 52kg and my goal weight is 42kg-45kg.

Actually, the coach forgot to give me my meal plan so I just decided not to eat certain stuff like rice, biscuits, junk food etc. I used to be addicted to softdrinks and powdered juices but I haven't had a glass for more than a month now and I feel better. I feel way less sluggish than before.

Though I have some questions about this product, free po ba if I will ask advise from a coach? And pwede ba na I get a plan without any pills/tablets involved? Sana matulungan nyo ako sissies ☺

@Yasvigirl, kasama kase sa meal plan un mga tablets and other supplements..
i take off natin ito lang un..

galing ito sa coach ko, replace 2 meals with shakes.
i can ask my coach then edit out ko na lang uli un mga herbalife products para di ka ma pressure.

example
6am   breakfast : shake
11am lunch :  lahat pwede kainin
6pm   dinner : shake

or

6am  breakfast : shake (so mag replace ka like oatmeal)
9am snack : apple (fruit)
11 am lunch: 1 cup of rice or half kung kaya, fish or chicken
3pm snack : salad (veggies)
6pm dinner : shake (oatmeal ka ulit or wheat bread)

kaya naman nagkaka result un mga nakikita mo, kase lifestyle change un. sakin wala pa rin hahaha same weight pero 1x a day lang ako mag shake. sedentary life pa din ako.. kase matigas ulo ko hahaha.. pero pag may mga attendan naman ako.. nag lose ako ng weight haha para magkasya sa mga damit ko.

i take their supplements kase constipated ako, it helps me move LOL. expensive yes. after using it consistently nag decide na ako mag member for personal use. sayang din kase un discount as a member.
i have a friend na nun nag resign sya saka pa sya nagka gut problem so no choice but mag pa endoscopy sya out of pocket expense.. whooping 55k daw un gastos nya. itong May lang nangyari un. she is not taking herbalife but i think buhay kambing na sya ngaun hehe.. since resigned na sya.. seldom un communication namin :)

Hi sis, I am herbalife user since 2015, but I stopped last year dahil I got pregnant, and now I'm back. Yes sis, pwedeng walang tablets, it's your choice. Ang important lang is yung Aloe, Tea, & Shake. I don't take tablets din. Dati bumili ako pero di ko nagamit, kaya ngayon shake na lang lagi binibili ko. :)

hi! i'm planning to buy the shake, so i could replace 2 meals. Do i really need the aloe and tea? last year kasi i took the tea and aloe, ang sensitive ko sa tea and aloe, too sour yung aloe for me and too strong yung tea, sinisikmura ako.. :(

Hi mga sis! I used to take Herbalife also. Kaya lang sobrang gastos na nya. I mean, for me to stay slim, do I buy the shake all my life? Tapos, nagugutom talaga ako pag shake lang.

I admire you sisses for sticking with it. I am doing another program and it's a slow and steady process pero I'm getting to my goal weight. I still have the shake for meal replacement pag tinatamad ako magluto. ;)

Sis, I do intermittent fasting (IF) and strength training with light cardio. I feel like this is the program that fits my lifestyle. Madaling gawin kahit busy ka.

Sa IF, I only eat 8 hours a day. Yung the rest (16 hours) I don't eat. Pwede lang water, tea, black coffee (basta zero calories). My eating time is 12 noon to 8pm. Tapos kinabukasan na uli ako kakain. Coffee lang sa umaga. yung first 8 hours kasi after we eat, dun nadidigest yung kinain natin. After that, fat reserves na.

With strength training naman, I chose this kasi with just 30-60 minutes workout, mafifeel mo na nagburn ka ng calories. Yung Hiit kasi and intense cardio, nakakapagod talaga and if I work out sa morning, wala na ako energy for the whole day amd nakakagutom hehe. With lifting also, you burn calories even after you stop working out kasi your muscles are activated. Nakakalaki daw ng muscles, well, from my research, kapag may fats ka pa around that muscle, yung fats ang mawawala muna. Tapos, you just use the correct weight para di ka maging bulky. I do light cardio in between lifting days kasi 3x a week lang ako strength training. Ayaw ko kasi ng napapagod hahaha!
