yung village po namin sa general trias (15mins away na lang ata yun sa tagaytay thru amadeo road) may mga available pa po na units sa amin. yung sta rosa heights hawak din yun ng developer ng village namin. naka-pag-ibig na ako so pwede rin kita masabihan ng mga kailangan mo with regards sa requirements, process etc. pwede ko manghingi ng updated pricing if you want

Which one would you invest, a house and lot inside a subdivision or a townhouse?

PROS OF THE HOUSE & LOT INSIDE SUBDIVISION:
1. Bigger, more spacious since you can maximize money spent (save on developer's earnings which is around 50%)
2. I can have a garden

CONS OF HOUSE & LOT INSIDE SUBDIVISION:
1.  No nearby school, market.  Few restaurant, therefore, not that accessible.  Will take 30mins more to get to schools and etc.

PROS OF THE TOWNHOUSE:
1.  Location nearer to schools, market, restaurants and etc

CONS OF THE TOWNHOUSE:
1.  I've seen many townhouses.  When they were new, they look really nice, but most don't age gracefully.  I like some townhouses before, and after 5-10 years, di ko na sila gusto.
2.  Since the developer has to earn, we can have a smaller unit with the same money spent.

Both can provide good security.

Your opinions will very much appreciated.  Have been thinking about this for quite some time but can't make up my mind. Thanks.

tama ba pagkaintindi ko sis, you are choosing between buying a unit inside a subdivision or one that is outside (townhouse)?

ang naisip ko is, pag inside a subdivision, you get to enjoy other amenities they might have, like swimming pool, gym, playground, park etc. pero yun lang nga, you need to pay for monthly dues/fees, right? in some subdivisions, umaabot ng 5k, 10k plus each month. you might need to factor in the future cost of owning a unit inside the subdivision. having a unit inside one will provide more security as well since may sariling guardhouse & roaming security.

 Sis, I'd  go for the townhouse.

Why? Location. Easier to dispose  in the future and will attract more tenants  .


Now, if  all things are equal , it will have to depend on your budget.  But I'd choose a house over townhouse.
