Are they strict with educational background? What about cc experience? Kasi all of my cc experience is puro in-house, walang kpi's and metrics. Are they strict with regards to experience with such? I have a total of 4yrs cc inhouse experience and lahat yun AU account

Hi! saan po ba madali ma-hire, yung hindi mahaba yung training or unpaid time. I'm a med student kasi, and our school's academic calendar is undergoing the shift next year. We'll have a lot of down time (mga 5 months) and I wanted to earn para may cash naman. I can work systems/internet/telco/IT accounts (our family business is IT, but only a consultancy; my dad can't hire AND pay me) and also health (haha). I guess I can learn for other industries as well.

I used to work in stream sm north, HP yun account namin and most of the time its soooo avail, like they will send you home early, have extended lunch (without pay ang time off, of course) And the environment and people are ok. Im just not sure if its still the same since convergys na sila now

^talaga sis wala na stream dun, ano yun binili ng convergys ang stream o basta lang wala na stream dun convergys na? ang gulo ko sorry naman 

how much kaya salary dun dati o ngayon?

^binili ng convergys ang stream. I was still there back then pero di naman nagincrease ang salary. its around 18-19k all in plus commissions.

Sis hindi mapili ang mga call center. If you have the guts, pasok ka. Mostly nga lahat ng BPO companies they accept mga disable. For example pilay. Madami akong nakikitang ganun. So ikaw kaya mo yan. Basta nakita nila sayo na kaya mo ang work, go yan! Kaya don't hesitate to apply!

as long as you can provide your TOR, regardless kung may 3 ka pa, okay lang. Ang importante is maipasa mo yung interviews & exam.

Dear wala silang pakialam if mataba or payat maputi or maitim as long as you can speak ng maayos kasi di naman ikaw need makita ng customers. Do not worry. I've seen may PWDs pa nga in the call center industry. They don't discriminate as long as you can do the job.

Hi mga sis! Share ko lang. I graduated last March sa isang reputable school in Mnl. I applied to several companies but Ingram Micro responded to me ASAP. Sabi nila kasi daw galing ako sa ganitong school that's why they gave me priority. It's not! I have a friend who came from the same school pero rejected sya. And lahat ng batchmates ko dun e di naman ganon kaganda schools and talagang iba iba kami ng courses. Hindi talaga sya related. We're all freshies. So don't be conscious kung ano mang meron ka. Kasi nakasalalay ang hiring mo sa results ng exams and interview mo. And take note ofcourse, di porket nakapasok ka is okay na. You should pass the training and perform well in the floor.

I know I am paid high as I don't expect it since freshie lang ako. I'm happy being a sales rep, kasi no calls medyo brainy job nga lang so pressure. Pero mababait din counterparts ko from US and yung mga teammates mo
