Been with ACS, People Support, Convergys, Sykes and Stellar. The Best? Sykes! Maliit basic pay pero di mo ramdam dahil sa allowances / hazzard pay etc. Yung HMO covered lahat ng anak ko! Love ko rin yung Sykes cafe nila

Sino po ang may gusto ng non voice account? I just got hired last Wednesday for a non voice account. And the offer is great para sa katulad kong may 1 month experience lang sa call center.

Wala pong calls, walang sales and walang quota...

Salaries: If fresh grad and no call center experience- P14,500 plus 3K allowance
              If may konting experience - P18K plus 3K allowance
              If more than 1 year experience - P20K plus 3K allowance

High paying than any non voice accounts!

I am working in Peoplesupport in one of their top accounts. Actually I dont take calls anymore and sobrang petiks na ng work ko to the point na nakakatulog na ako sa work. hehe. Kaso since Indians owned the company feeling ko unti unti kaming ginigipit and gusto ko nang umalis early this year. Wala na kaming free coffee, tinggal na [textspeak!] paper towels. Tapos, nag propose kami ng bagong incentve schem kasi imposibleng makuha [textspeak!] incentive. pero hindi naman na approve. parang we are working for nothng....

Mga sis.... can u suggest a good call center? probably near alabang or makati.

sis why dont you try sa WEST sa may Makati. for Tech support they offer 22k plus 3.5k na allowance.

 How was the employment process?
 I just applied for the recruitment position last week and received 2 phone calls already. Then the hr asked me to answer the online assessment.. Am I already heading for the final interview or does it take a little bit more longer?

 I also applied for an edm position at IBM..
 Im done with the operations interview last sept. 21 and still got no update regarding the status of my application.. Am I hoping for nothing?

^Usually sa call center sis one day process lang talaga sila. So if yung OPS interview mo with IBM was nung Sept 21 parang malabo na yun. I applied dati sa IBM and same day lang din yung job offer pero di ko tinanggap kasi medyo nababaan ako sa offer.

Hi mga sis, question who works here in Teleperformance? i applied kasi with them for the australian account-dsl churva something yung account. any ideas about it? feedbacks? do they have fixed rest days like saturday and sunday?I passed the initial interview and second interview.

Tomorrow I'll be having a computer skill exam. the hr told me i'll be having a versant exam which i have no idea what its all about. simulations or phonesims lang alam ko.

Telstra yan for sure. Okay jan sa account na yan and okay din salary. Versant is something like a phone simulation.

sa mga nagwork sa stellar, ano po benefits at how much un starting salary? do they match a person's current salary? kasi di ba may mga centers who match an employee's current earnings.

^meron silang Aussie airline account, 16500 basic with or without experience. no allowances or whatsoever basic pay lang talaga. Yung IP relay nila 20k basic no allowances din. Pangit benefits. Talong talo kung may pamilya ka.

Which is better when it comes to compensation and benefits? Sykes or West? My husband wants to try applying in a call center. First time niya pero manager na siya sa field niya for 5 years. Yung habol kasi niya is maganda yung pay and benefits pati yung environment since first time niya. Thanks!
