Anyone from Cognizant here? I heard mataas offer sa kanila. Is it true? Gusto ko sana mag-apply if yes. I'm looking for a company who can give at least 21thou basic salary plus allowance (Tech Support).

I am working in Peoplesupport in one of their top accounts. Actually I dont take calls anymore and sobrang petiks na ng work ko to the point na nakakatulog na ako sa work. hehe. Kaso since Indians owned the company feeling ko unti unti kaming ginigipit and gusto ko nang umalis early this year. Wala na kaming free coffee, tinggal na [textspeak!] paper towels. Tapos, nag propose kami ng bagong incentve schem kasi imposibleng makuha [textspeak!] incentive. pero hindi naman na approve. parang we are working for nothng....

Mga sis.... can u suggest a good call center? probably near alabang or makati.

Nagbabalak din ako mag-apply sa callcenter. Taga-antipolo kami now and by june, lilipat na kami ng manila. May idea kayo ng okay na callcenter account na day shift lang near intramuros?

Sino po ang may gusto ng non voice account? I just got hired last Wednesday for a non voice account. And the offer is great para sa katulad kong may 1 month experience lang sa call center.

Wala pong calls, walang sales and walang quota...

Salaries: If fresh grad and no call center experience- P14,500 plus 3K allowance
If may konting experience - P18K plus 3K allowance
If more than 1 year experience - P20K plus 3K allowance

High paying than any non voice accounts!

maraming account sa sykes, as a company, I can say na they are the best na napuntahan ko, kung di lang talaga ako malayo sa mga sites nila, babalik talaga ako. Super ganda ng benefits, maalaga sa employees, nagkakatalo lang minsan sa management ng account. Mababa lang sila magbigay ng basic pay pero di mo mararamdaman na mababa

anyone here from transcom? im currently employed in peoplesupport pero wala ng magandang ngyari kc kulang na lang pati aircon i-limit na nila. malapit ako sa transcom isang tumbling lang kaya parang gusto ko lumipat kaso uk account daw pala dun, gudluck naman sa accent ko.

Yup may dayshift accounts ang TeleTech. In fact hiring now for multi-lingual TSRs sa Ecoplaza site. Where ka ba located sis? madaming sites ang Teletech na may dayshift account, let's see saan ka malapi.
