Best Call center company in the Philippines

For those looking for day shifts, i learned from a friend that Teletech (MOA) and TelePerformance have the Australian Telecom Account called Telstra. You might want to check it out.

I have another friend who is working abroad but might go back to Manila to find work by last quarter of this year. She has 4 yrs call center experience in an International bank - 3 yrs as an agent, 1 year as TL.

For those in call centers, please give us an idea how much is the going rate for TL position nowadays. The call center industry is there to stay but what are the other options in terms of roles/position for her? More on back end/admin na ata gusto nya.

i wonder why there are applicants who are afraid to be interviewed in english .. and mga college grads pa ha.di ba sila noon nanonood ng sesame street??? thankful ako somehow at least ako di ako takot sa english although i am not fluent in it..thanks to my mom who insisted me to watch the said show and learn the basic english language

anyone here from transcom? im currently employed in peoplesupport pero wala ng magandang ngyari kc kulang na lang pati aircon i-limit na nila. malapit ako sa transcom isang tumbling lang kaya parang gusto ko lumipat kaso uk account daw pala dun, gudluck naman sa accent ko.

North American accounts ang mostly hinahandle sa Transcom philippines. No UK accounts sa pagkakaalam ko.

Sino po ang may gusto ng non voice account? I just got hired last Wednesday for a non voice account. And the offer is great para sa katulad kong may 1 month experience lang sa call center.

Wala pong calls, walang sales and walang quota...

Salaries: If fresh grad and no call center experience- P14,500 plus 3K allowance
              If may konting experience - P18K plus 3K allowance
              If more than 1 year experience - P20K plus 3K allowance

High paying than any non voice accounts!

Hello - I've worked for NetSuite before.. Hmm - salary range ...  it depends on the post. But usually kapag may related work experience na - it's safe to ask within the range of 30k to 50k php. Scripting abilities (java, html) is well celebrated here. Pero they are in need din of other posts (accounting, hr, etc.)

Hi mga sis, question who works here in Teleperformance? i applied kasi with them for the australian account-dsl churva something yung account. any ideas about it? feedbacks? do they have fixed rest days like saturday and sunday?I passed the initial interview and second interview.

Tomorrow I'll be having a computer skill exam. the hr told me i'll be having a versant exam which i have no idea what its all about. simulations or phonesims lang alam ko.

based on my experience, my sister's, and my friends' comments

teleperformance- lukewarm, di masyado maganda

convergys- best work environment, di gaano kadali makapasok dito compared sa ibang cc. pero mababa basic pay. pangit ng HMO, intellicare, super limited ng coverage

24/7- di ko masyado alam, pero parang di sila masyado tumatanggap ng galing convergys, lol, narinig ko lang haha

aegis- madali daw makapasok dito, yun lang alam ko, hehe

sykes- maganda daw HMO dito, haha, yun lang alam ko.

JP Morgan- ito ang alam kong the best, mga tenured lang ata at super achiever ang kinukuha dito, correct me lang po if wrong.

Accenture- maganda ata dito, and may mga account sila na mga pang RN's talaga

And what I could say is I love where I am now. I have not felt like this sa companies ko before and its been a year na...

I think it depends kasi sa account, pwedeng maganda yung account, pangit yung company.

Pwedeng maganda yung company pero napuntahan mo naman toxic na account.

Swerte ko lang talaga sa account ko now plus sa company ko.
