Best Call center company in the Philippines

My friend's cousin works at Sutherland as tech support. Sabi niya okay incentives and she's tempted to apply there. I also have a friend there, non voice account, ebay if I'm not mistaken. Not too big yong salary but not stressful

Sykes is one of the best if not the best. I stayed here for 5 years in a financial account, the training is good and so is the pay, do not judge the basic kasi ang daming non taxable allowances. They have the most Vl and SL credits and conversions. You will feel the increase in your pay as you become tenured.

Generally, I think it is better if the company is not Indian-owned, mas mababa kasi ang package and the benefits aren't that good plus the fact that politics is worse.

i agree...naku kapag indian-owned nababaliw ka, pangit palakad never pro agent pansarili lang.

san ba magandang lumipat na call center aside from jpmorgan? Im from sitel, 3yrs na ako dito.. pero want ko na sana lumipat.. i heard dell maganda din daw.. meron bang taga dell dito???

^Yep, there's Dell in Eastwood. A friend works there and  malaki ang salaray niya kasi he handles a tech account.

SYKES Asia for me!! Kung hindi nga lang sa Emerson, ayoko pa umalis dun eh. They have the bext benefit strategy, maayos ang payroll and accounting system, andaming pakulo at ok  ang HR nila.

^I couldn't agree more sis. I'm actually thinking of going back to Sykes next year, I've been with 2 CCs after Sykes pero I'm not happy and contented with what they have. If only may retention offer ang Sykes for returning employees, I will go back in a heartbeat.

Yeah for me Sykes talaga ang pinakabest na CC. I stayed there for almost three years and just had to resign kasi nawalan ako ng yaya. Gusto ko pa rin bumalik sana next year kaya nga lang balewala yung tenureship ko sa kanila so start na naman sa mababang basic pay.

^True, if only they offer a bigger basic salary o kaya tapatan nila yung basic ko now, babalik talaga ako. Pero I'm really going back next year, di bale ng start from scratch ulit basta masaya ulit ako sa work.

There is a lot of good call center companies here in the philippines that offers good compensation and treatment to there employees. Meron sa Taguig..i just cant remember the name.

Hi! I'm a newbie here. I'm planning to apply in a call center which have travel or hotel account sana para related sa course ko. Any ideas mga sis kung saan meron? At ano-anong company ang maganda applyan? So far, ito yung mga nakita ko na meron hotel/travel account: Sykes, West, TRG, IGT, Aegis People Support, IHG tapos meron rin ako nakita local travel account sa I-tech. Any suggestions/feedbacks po? This will be my first-time to apply po kasi in a call center. THanks.

same sentiments about Sykes kung hindi lang sana umalis sa Q.Ave I'm with CVG now, pero iba talaga ang kultura sa SYKES, simply the best. gusto ko din bumalik. 1 year and 7 months ako dun. super sad talaga. the best talaga everything about Sykes, culture, pay, BENEFITS.

hello mga sis! im a newbie here and i am not sure where to post this question but nevertheless its still about callcenter din naman. Anyway here it goes:

What other callcenters cater Australian and New Zealand accounts aside from Teletech and TP? I dont want to go back to graveyard shift na kasi if ever I will resign from my current job.
