Best Call center company in the Philippines

mga sis na nagwowork sa call center may ask ako..

im a newbie in this kind of industry so medyo takot pa ko..

2 days na ko absent due to viral infection.. nagtext naman ako sa tl ko pero hindi ako nakatawag sa sick line namin.. kanina lang nakatawag nanay ko.. sabi nung nakausap ni mama, ok lang daw na nagtext ako sa tl ko kasi siya naman daw magreport sakanila. pero nagtext kasi yung tl ko na sana daw tumatawag ako sa sick line dahil sa sakit ko.. uhm so kung hindi ako nakatawag sa sick line namin. no call no show na ba ko??

depende kung saang company sis. samin kasi need talaga tumawag sa sick line AND inform ang tl. sa tl ok lang text, pero sa sick line tawag talaga.

though ok lang dahil may sakit ka kung NCNS ka nila i'm sure may show cause or pwede mo naman ibigay ang reason mo and dun sila magdecide bago ka bigyan ng memo.. ganun samin eh...

im not sure where to post kaya dito nalang. uhm, lahat ba ng call center companies, ang initial interview eh yung prang group interview? wala bang from the start palang, individual or one-on-one na agad ang interview? and last na po, meron bang call center companies na local lang? can you name a few po sisses? thanks so much!

btw, cousin ko kasi wala pa rin work till now. wala din akong idea masyado pagdating sa ganitong work since never pa ako nagkawork. and do call center companies require applicants na graduate talaga or pwedeng undergrad? thanks again so much

sis, kahit may sakit ako and galing ng hospital pumunta pa din ako sa office para try magcalls kung kaya ko and nagpass ng med cert. may memo na ko. ncns.. asar.. pero nandun naman yung reason kung bakit ako may ganun eh.. pinauwi din ako agad ng tl ko and hinatid niya ko sa bahay to make sure na  safe ako

^^i think it depends sa call center.  may call centers kasi na phone interview lang yung initial interview.  meron din namang one-on-one interview and meron ding group.  it depends sa recruitment process nila.  regarding question number 2, there are call centers na may local account.  stream, for example has a local telecoms account.  for the final question, most call centers do not require a college degree naman, but, you should finish at least 2nd year college.  hth.

based on my experience di kasi nila agad dinidisclose yung acct e
tsaka most of the BPOs have a language training bago ka isabak sa product training.

nung sa eTelecare (now Stream) ako, wala akong dinaan na group interview.  ewan ko lang kung nagbago na recruitment process nila

usually ba sis ilang interviews muna bago nila papirmahin ng contract or bago matanggap? thanks. do you really have to be good, fluent and proficient in english daw ba?

^ hi sis makikita din pala kita dito.. i am working in a call center pero with Australian clients. Here at Teletech (if I can remember it right) twice lang ako nainterview ng individual... Initial and Final interview from Operations Manager. We had 2 tests and 1 group interview... So initial interview muna, (individual) then we had 2 tests ata yun, then group interview na may mga excersises (English proficiency something) then Final (individual) interview...

I'm a Quality Specialist dito, pero napansin ko may mga agents na nakakapasa kahit hirap silang mag English. So I just don't know with our HR kung mahigpit ba talaga sila o hindi. (kase parang hindi.. hehe)

haha, kasi yung cousin ko matagal k ng sinasabihan na magaaply sa call center pero prang nahihiya dahil nga may group interview. pano yun sa group interview sis? haha. kaloka naman. really, hirap magenglish? pwede pala yun. wala kasi ako masyadong idea eh. thanks sis!

^ hi sis!  what kind of training are you referring to?  ang alam ko kasi majority, if not all, naman ng call centers may training bago kayo ilagay sa floor.

sis ang alam ko lahat naman ng call center meron training bago ka endorse sa floor. for us we do have Foundation skills training and then Product training.

Na-endorse kasi bf ko sa Hinduja, from 10am he waited until 8pm.  He undergo interview and exam, final interview niya 5:30pm pero na delay naman.

Nakakagulat dahil na mention na kailangan niya mag work dun for 1 year, pag hindi niya natapos yun kailangan niya magbayad ng 30,000php!

So buti nalang sinabi, kundi baka nahulog na siya sa bitag.  So ingat nalang rin mga girls ^^ Tama nga yun isang GTalker na nagpost rin dito sa thread about this.

JP Morgan Chase. The UNIT MANAGER title is equivalent to a TL role.
Check online sis. Meron mga naka-post na looking for supervisor or TL post. Mahirap kasi sa Operations marami kalaban. Good luck!

Bond and tawag dun, you will be required to sign a contract na you will stay with the company for a certain period of time, kasi they avoid attrition.  Pero madami naman ibang companies na walang bond sa dun na lang mag-apply
