kala ko there were news saying we should limit salmon intake kasi mataas yung mercury content, esp if you eat the skin. wala bang side effects on eating them daily?

^ hi sis here's a quote I copied and pasted on FDA researches

"There are studies showing that farm raised salmon contain higher level of toxic substance PCBs than wild salmon. However FDA maintained that the level found in farm raised salmon is well below the safety standard. Canned salmon are generally safe as manufacturers usually use wild salmon to can for the firmer texture. "

^yes sis, that's also part of the raw food diet.   There are enzymes in raw salmon that helps our digestive system...one of the benefits of eating raw but IDK the rest LOL they are destroyed when cooked/heated. ^_^  However make sure your salmon is fresh.  (mostly you can judge by the color if it's pretty pink.  If it's got a graying to it, get rid of it!)

Back sa Manila salmon is available in Rustan's supermarket, cash and carry, unimart as much as I know.   In different forms pa, sliced smoked salmon, raw, minsan may canned pa. ewan ko lang kung pati sa SM and Robinson pero baka mashindi kasi pangmasa yun e.

oooh i love salmon! but i don't get to have it everyday, usually if i eat at jap restos lang. the salmon diet sounds really interesting. is it ok if i use canned salmon? or will the added preservatives just negate any health benefits it may offer?

WRP 6-Day Diet Pack
« Reply #75 on: August 27, 2010, 09:08:22 am »
Hello mga sisses,

ask ko lang kung sino naka try sa inyo ng WRP 6-day diet pack? effective ba? paano nyo ginamit? magkano siya? how often gamitin? san mabibili? meron ba dito ilocos region? sorry ang dami kong tanong. :)

TIA!

ako sis i treid it na. yung 6 day pack niya is 1k rounded off na kasi 998 ata or 999. ang kasama sa package is cookies na you will eat 2x a day. yum yum siya kasi para siya chocolate chip. you will eat it at 10 am and then around 3 or 4 in the afternoon. meron din sa package na milk drink. 2 sachets per inum mo. one in the morning replacing bfast and 1 in the evening for dinner. lunch time you can eat your regular food. so compute m n lang ilan laman sa package. i did get slim using this product and i dont feel deprived pa kasi yummy siya eh tapos pati yung cookies okay din. and totoo you will loose 2lbs or more basta follow mo yung intstructions. you will not feel hungry naman kasi you will eat the cookies mid morning and mid afternoon. 2 pcs siya kaya okay din. i just stop now kasi try k naman yung slimming coffee. BTW, after ko maubos yung 6 day pack ang ginagawa k n lang i buy nga yung stay slim na milk tapos i replace yung cookie ng sky flakes or rebisco na wheat o kaya yung quaker oats na pang diet na cookies. i forgot the name para mas cheap. here in manila its available in all supermarkets so baka jan sa supermarkets din like sm or robinsons
