Hello everyone! Is "Fitrum" safe? are there any bad side effects? I'm using it since year 2007, once a day particularly after taking my lunch. Please help me on this matter. Thanks in advance. By the way I'm single, female, 32 yrs. old

I can share with you my weight loss experience.  Started off with the General Motors Diet, then moved on to low calorie diet, then no carb diet, then lo carb diet which is what I'm on now.  Started out with 10 mins of walking, then 20 mins of walking, then 20 mins of brisk walking now I'm doing 5k running per day.  That regimen got me to lose 23lbs in 2 mos.  Just PM me if you want to discuss further.

i've actually never heard of a kamote diet, so i assume that like the banana diet, this is the only food you eat all day?

1 cup of banana is 200 calories
1 cup of camote is 257 calories

so for the same volume of food, bananas have less calories. :)

kamote diet is prescribed for those with high blood sugar as replacement snacks

BUT it has to be the yellow kind of camote ... boiled "plain" and eaten "plain".

For dieters... this may work too coz it is filling, and evens out sugar spikes.  It is the sugar spikes that urge us to eat more kahit na we are not really hungry.

I am into NO Rice, Junk Food and Softdrinks diet, and the rest I can eat in moderate amount.

Next week will be starting by Detox Diet, and right now I am starting my day with two glasses of water, then before eating breakfast I drink a cup of hot green tea.

guys, you may try drinking green tea everyday. you will see the effect. I must be honest hindi talaga siya masarap sa umpisa per once nakasanayan nyo na sumasarap ng ang lasa.

What I do is reading the benefit while drinking and I ended up finishing two cup of tea.hehe

yeah green tea can make you lose weight.. yun nga lang don't drink it with an empty stomach, it can cause ulcer... not like coffee na pwede yun lang ang inumin...

aunt ko kasi drank green tea in replacement of coffee in the morning, nagka stomach pains siya and the doctor said na hindi nga ok ang green tea alone.. dapat may food intake pa rin, so usually green tea ako after meal...
