my final verdict: effective siya kung sasabayan mo ng exercise and diet.  1 cm ang nawawala sakin per session.  nasa 5 cm na rin nawala sakin. pero hardwork na yan LOL

1 cm lang pala. Better pa yung lotion na ginagamit ko. 1 to 2 cms ang nwawala per gamit pero mas mura saka organic.

^ di totoo yung sinasabi nilang lose up to 1-2 inches per session. ang ayaw ko pa dito is you have to endure the pain,  up to a day after the treatment. hapdi ng gamot!

Is Mesotherapy better than mga Radio Frequency approach for fat loss like mga Thermamiv, Tripolar, etc?
I know how to inject myself subQ but I dont know how safe are the products outside so right now, Im sticking to getting it from reputable beauty centers.
Meron akong na-inquire sa Belo and Dermclinic (cheaper), meron ba kayo ma-recommend pang iba big and reputable centers na and proven effective?

just called up Belo, they only have Multipolar (?!) for non surgical fat loss. but if you check it sa internet, multipolar is more on for tightening. I wonder why they discontinue the Mesotherapy or Lipodissolve they had before. di kaya effective?

^ matagal kasi results, you have to wait atleast 10-14 days before doing another session, depende kung gano kabilis magsubside yung pamamaga sa area.

I read a few months ago about this Mesolipo thing where iinject ng drug to burn the subcutaneous fat sa body.  According to FDA di daw nila conoconsider na safe itong procedure na to.  Check their website for more info.  I just read there lang kasi.
This could be the reason why wala na ganitong procedure si Belo.
