^ di naman siya nakakatakot i-inject sis, kasi subcutaneous lang. ang IV  ang mas nakakatakot kasi derecho ugat yun. konting air lang pwede kang machugi.

 mahirap talaga mag self inject pag walang EMLA. hahanap nga ako bukas sa bambang, naudlot na ng ilang weeks ang paginject ko kasi masakit pag sa sarili hehe.

dumaan ako kanina sa bambang, bought aminophylline, vitamins B and C, metacaine (topical anaesthetic).  tingnan ko kung mas magiging effective ang cocktail na `to.

wala akong makitang mesogun, sa states lang ata yun.

mesotherapy:  [textspeak!] u need to have atleast 10 sessions but xempre its a case to case basis.... there's this new procedure being offered by HOG ultrasound cavitation.. atleast 2 inches and more yung nababawas.. though i haven't tried it.. there's also l carnitine injection
