sa payment section: pag nagbayad ako thru Bancnet/ATM tapos iba ang passenger, kailangan pa kayang magpresent ng copy ng atmcard ko at ng ID? kasi sa credit card yun ang requirements nila. Plan ko sana gte ng ticket for my nanay, kaso baka mamaya hanapin sa kanya yung ATM card na ginamit ko.

^i read that! airphil always does that e! lucky me lang, the couple of times we were bumped off(there were two of us), laging for an earlier flight going to manila. kaya no complaints from me.

i sooo feel for the girl. it seemed like she was traveling alone pa. she should've gotten the full names of the supervisor sa airphil counter caticlan(the john one).

customer service in the philippines has a looong way to go pa talaga. iinit talaga ulo mo.

^That's the thing customer service in the Philippines has really a long way to go pa... but in other countries Filipinos are known to be the best in Customer Service... especially when they are dealing with other nationalities...

Last week, 30 mins late papunta and over an hour late pabalik. Domestic flight naman 'to. Well, for me, okay na yun. Di naman super tagal.

Aside sa pretty na, ang bait pa nun nag-assist sa akin last fri sa PAL tix ofc sa century park. Kahit malapit na mag 5pm (uwian na, iba magmamadali na) asikasong-asikaso kami kasi yun kinuha ko na ticket same night ang alis kaya pati seats namin inayos na nya.

Ayun nga lang pagdating sa terminal 1 nakakaiyak sa inis parang mga d professional ang nasa counter. Wala rin yun seats namin kasi nag-change ng plane pero A320 naman. Ok lang na balewala magrequest ng seat kaso gawin pa akong engot nun nasa counter sa rason nya.

On our way back to mla, ok naman yun seat kung ano yun sinabi nun binili ko tix yun yung seat namin. Hindi pa kami sobrang maaga sa airport nito.
