^ thanks sis sa feedback. my brother was at SM earlier and found a similar Elba cooktop model. bale may x lang daw sa model number. it costs P 20K. mas mura yung dito! kaso nga lang, factor din warranty. thanks again sis cindy!

we found again here another model exactly the same as what my brother saw in SM. it's just 12,500 pag converted to peso. mag add lang around 3K for air freight. so 15,500 against 20K sa pinas! hmmm..

for oven and stove top i prefer SMEG lalo na dun sa mahihilig magbake. Mabilis mag heat yung oven and mas even ang pagcook compared sa ariston. Although ok din naman na brand ang ariston, my friend uses a 90 inches oven by ariston, we use it for our catering ok naman pero mas better ang smeg mejo pricey nga lang. Right now im also scouting for models/brands ng stove top with oven and rangehood for a condo pero yung affordable lang pero efficient. Right now ariston and elba are the ones im considering,i plan to buy my appliances sa ansons, my contractor said my kakilala siya, we could get a lot of discounts. any feedbacks pa po sa ariston and elba would be much appreciated^^ indesit na din as well..

try saver's appliance depot. their offering a much lower cost than western, automatic, anson, or even sm.

indesit is the one that we use in singapore. it has been installed for more than 5 years. the oven is the only one seldom used, but the hobs and hood are still working good.

I am also a disappointed La Germania consumer.  Our stove is only 5 yrs old and nagalawang na plus the burners ilan beses na namin pinaayos.  We used to use Tecnogas before we bought La Germania.  It lasted with us for 20 years and is still working.  We decided to bring it to the province though.  Now we are thinking of getting FUJIDENZO  coz it "looks" sturdy and affordable at 14-15K with 3 gas burners and 1 electric, comes with an oven.  The LPG though is exposed.  Does this pose danger?  Hope to hear feedbacks mga sis.  TIA

we also have tecnogas and it is already 16 years old. never serviced pero wala na ako makitang tecnogas lately maliban sa mga made in Italy na tecnogas.

yung sa amin na tecnogas, nasa labas yung LPG. no problems encountered naman

just bought indesit range with electric convection oven and hood by ariston (slimmer design) we decided to get indesit because it's the same brand that we use in Singapore (hood, hob and separate oven) More than 5 years ng gamit yun but so far ang nasisira pa lang ay yung button for electronic ignition dahil nabasa.

i just want to share some info that we got from the salesman. elba's spare parts are coming from different suppliers ... ariston is made from italy... indesit is from poland... service center for these two is c/o GE. la germania has its own service center.

Mga sis, may La Germania gas range kami kaso antagal ng hindi nagagamit. Last time we tried, which was last December pa, namamatay bigla, nakakatakot. Medyo matagal na rin kasi sya. May mabibili ba ko magandang oven sa budget na 15K? For baking sana. Sabi din naman kasi ng friend ko, wag na La Germania kasi mabilis naman masira

i bought that matrix i told you guys. i have yet to try. napaka mura nya for 7599. bought it sa shopwise cubao. ngalang, the aftersales service sucks! considering na rustan's pa naman ang may-ari ng shopwise

1. nung sunday when i bought it, sabi nung salesperson, last stock na daw yung naka display. di bale daw at bagong labas lang naman daw yun, mga 4 days pa lang daw naka display. sabi ko hindi totoo yung sinasabi nya kasi nag tatrabaho ako sa tapat ng shopwise cubao and i frequent the place. yung naka display na yun eh may palatandaan ako na ito yung display, kasi yung protective rubber na nakadikit sa tempered glass eh misplaced na, so i made a mark dun sa item na yun to make sure na display unit yun. and i made that mark 2 weeks ago. now the item given to me was the same display unit na according to salesperson na nakabarong nang light blue, it was only displayed 4 days ago
2. they have another stock daw sa loob ng stockroom pero reserved na daw yun to be delivered come Wednesday. I asked the next person who assisted me to check if there is a stock available. He came back saying na meron na daw receipt na nakadikit sa unit na nasa stockroom. thus, the only unit available is the display unit
3. because of my aunt's availability, napilitan akong kunin yung display unit. aunt will pay for it by card and i will pay aunt this payday (whole amount)
4. two guys who assisted me said i need to pay the item first sa cashier. then they will get the receipt for clearing sa mga guards. Ok ako sa ganitong process. but, what shocked me when i paid the item is, the box they used to cover the range are two pieces of TOLLY toilet paper box. Sabi nila sorry daw as they can't find the original box of the item. sobrang na high blood ako. dapat, nag advise muna sa akin before ko binayaran
5. since naiinip na ako at ang aunt ko, she advised me to just take the unit at umuwi na kami. kumbaga, ang pangit ng gabi namin (i bought the item 18:26 ng sunday), so ok na ako sa ganung karton. with plastic na tali to hold the box in place. mukhang kawawa yung unit ko.
6. umuwi na kami. i said, i will fix the item sa kitchen ko by Monday. So nilagay ko lang sa kitchen area yung new unit. Pero binuksan ko na yung unit. Tinanggal ko na ang box, to my dismay, walang user manual, walang warranty card, walang contact nmumber ng service center. Juicekow...
7. went to Shopwise cubao yesterday after my lunchbreak. I informed the saleslady about the item, i showed her the receipt. She apologized and chorva chorva. She gave me a new user manual and warranty card. Okay na ako, nahimasmasan na ako sa galit ko. Pero ang pagkakamali nya, nilabas nya from stockroom ang new unit for display daw. Nakakaloka! I informed her that my unit was said to be the last unit according to two sales person. She said na katabi daw kasi ng reserved unit itong inilabas nya. sabi ko hindi ko kasalanan yun dahil hindi naman ako pumasok sa stockroom nila. I was soooo pissed kaya sabi ko I want this new unit be delivered to my house and you pick up the item pamalit with the box still intact that looks like a box from palengke (with TOLLY shouting out loud covering the gas range, and oh, i forgot, it was just wrapped around the unit using plastic adhesive tape and plastic na tali). sabi nung saleslady, hindi daw pwede yun. sabi ko bakit hindi pwede, kasi daw picked up ko daw yung unit kahapon at if magdedeliver sila ng bago, magbabayad ako.

i paid 300 pesos sa taxi from cubao to my place in masinag tapos magbabayad ulit ako for delivery of a decent one? in the first place, twice ako sinabihan na last unit na yung naka display. napakagandang customer service, and aftersales service. pero pag tinignan nyo ang receipt nila, makikita na ang unit is valid for a 7 day store return or exchange of item

Saleslady then said sa customer service na lang i-settle ang situation. customer service guy did not talked to me, he only talked to the saleslady. Saleslady then informed me na paguusapan pa daw ng appliance supervisor nila who will be available by 3:30 pm.

this is just the experienced i underwent buying this unit. should i expect more headaches when i use the unit? hmmmm.... that i have to find out.

by the way, matrix is a european brand. pero dito hindi ito kilala. gawa sa PRC (people's republic of china). the unit i bought doesn't have an automatic igniter. reason why i bought this is just for the stove on top, it has 4 burners. I still have my old, reliable, never-failed-me tecnogas range which my mother gave me as a gift and it is still serving my family for 17 years now. More years to come for my tecnogas. I will post more about matrix in the coming days.

May option for that at pwede din na di na magbutas. Ang mangyayari lang hihigupin nya yung usok or odor coming from the cooking food tapos lilinisin nya then ilalabas nya na walang amoy.

Ariston. Meron din sa Indesit but a bit pricey (8k) samantalang yung sa ariston parang 5k lang ata.

@jarjarbinks sis, try filing a complaint with DTI before the 7-day return/exchange policy of the store expires. this issue is serious enough to merit dti's attention.

i still had my old range. tinago ko muna.

i talked to my father na rin and we decided not to push through with the complaint or demand na mag ship sila nang new range to my house and get the old one

pero i've learned my lesson not to deal with them anymore when it comes to appliances

sis maganda-ganda nang oven ang mabibili ng 15k mo. yung sa mga nanay ko, mga 7-8k yata bili dun. elba ang brand. mag 4 years na namin gamit pero di pa naman nagkakaproblema. gamit na gamit ko sa pagbbake dati yun.
