Just got my 1st shot today. Cervarix. How long ba ang effectivity ng shot after finishing the 3rd dose?

 studies show that even after 8.5 years, women given cervarix have high (and no signs of waning) antibodies.  Meaning there is still protection against cervical cancer.  The company behind the said vaccine will continue following up the study for up to 10 years.

hello, i had my first shot last month, and my 2nd will be next month. Question is when will be the 3rd shot? is it 6 months after the 2nd shot? or 6 months after the 1st shot? thanks.

I had the vaccine last year sa office namin, 3rd shot is free sagot ng office.. tapos yung 1st and 2nd shot salary deduction.

@ MOMofLauren sis alam ko pwede pa kasi yung mga officemates ko in their 30s na pero nagpavaccine pa rin.

@ thesis_gal sis pwede naman siguro, I have a cousin who got pregnant after the 1st shot so stop yung 2nd and 3rd shots, after she gave birth dun lang tinuloy ng doc yung remaining shots..pero better ask your doc baka kasi case to case basis din.

2,700 yung sabi nung OB ko. Pero 3,500 singil sa akin. Siguro kasi kasama na yung price nung checkup. Dito kami sa Dasmariñas Cavite. Sa wellcare clinic ko sya pinupuntahan.

  aww ang mahal ng 5k per shot.. i think it should only range between 2-3k or so... mine was about 3k each! i dont think the vaccine will protect you from other std's like genital warts etc.

Gardasil yung brand na ininject sa akin ng doctora ko. 3.5k per shot siya. 4 strings na daw yun.
