nasa around 450-550 siguro yung range, di ko matandaan exact prices kasi iba iba nga sila. pero basic range eh like that.
i tried yung cream, tummy butter, at massage lotion. ang main problem ko is hindi yung stretchmarks (kasi nagkaron nga ako nun pero nagstop na at hindi din nagdarken.), more on itchiness yung problem ko. i get random red bumps na super kati! from my tummy down to my ankles! kinakamot ko pero di naman nagiging stretchmarks hehe! mahirap tiisin eh. minsan pag gising ko, may small sugat pa ko from scratching. yung cocoa butter formula daw ng palmer's helps din with that kasi some reason why that could happen, aside from stress and hormones, is dry skin.
yung tummy butter, mas mahirap iapply kasi syempre hindi sya di-pump or squeeze. parang ointments. you have to swipe the butter from the shallow tub. imagine yung consistency ng chilled butter, parang ganun sya. so didiinan mo pagkuha para may mapunta sa fingers mo, tapos rub mo na lang wherever. once you apply na sa skin, madali na sya mablend since malulusaw na din naman sya. i use this lang sa tummy kasi hassle nga sya.
yung concentrated cream, parang lotion lang sya na mas malapot. parang toothpaste ang thickness nya. tapos yun nga daw, concentrated hehe. pagdating sa itchiness, this one helps maglessen nung kati and matanggal after a few minutes. BUT i have to say na ganun din yung effect ng bath and body works lotion ko. yun nga lang, yung concentrated cream has vitamin e, which helps talaga in keeping the skin healthy. so mas preferred ko ito kaysa sa bath and body works ko. at least while im preggy hehe. ito yung nilalagay ko dun sa two areas ko (sides ng balakang) that got stretchies. ewan ko lang if makakatulong pa. but just in case, why not. tapos i use it din minsan sa tummy ko pag tinatamad ako gamitin yung butter. at upper thighs pala.
yung massage lotion nila, for stretchies din daw, sya lang yung merong shea butter included. (all three dito may vitamin e, collagen and elastin). consistency nya is katulad lang ng mga regular lotions. sya yung pinakamalaki sa kanilang tatlo, 250ml. 125ml lang kasi yung concentrated cream eh. so i guess, quantity wise, ito ang cheapest. i use it all over. nakakareduce din sya ng itchiness and eventually mawawala na lang yung kati.
kapag may sudden itch ako, kung
[textspeak!] mas malapit, yun ang ginagamit ko. either the massage lotion or cream. syempre kung alin ang di ko kelangan tumayo, yun gagamitin ko hehe!!
yung smell nila are all, of course, chocolatey. yung massage lotion, yun lang yun hindi purong chocolatey smell. im not used to sweet smelling lotions kasi cherry blosson yung lotion ko dati. mas gusto ko yung fragrance ng flowers. pero i adjust well enough and it doesnt bother me now.
meron din palmers cocoa butter formula lotion na not especially made for stretchies. for dry skin daw tapos nakasulat eh 'smoothes marks and tones skin'. makikita mo na lang sila dun. HONESTLY- feeling ko parehas lang din sila hehe!! yung iba lang eh marketed for preggies kaya may drawing ng buntis sa label.
again- lotions and moisturizers would not prevent a person from getting stretchmarks due to hormones. kung magkakaron, magkakaron talaga. pero they do help with the appearance and kung ang cause nung stretchmarks eh dry skin.
