Mga sis, kailangan ba magpaappointment para mag-ocular dito? Kung venue and the church lang rental (250-300pax) mga magkano rate nila? And pwede ba KbyC dito? lol tanong tanong stage palang ako wala pang research. Kinoconsider ko palang sya. Feeling ko kasi mas pricey pa rin ang beach wedding sa Batangas compared sa Fernbrook.

^nagtanong ako before for 150 pax nasa 175k rate ng place. KbyC is accredited caterer here.

So mga nasa 350k at most for 300pax. Or At least 350k for 300pax dahil + VAT pa. Venue rental palang yan sis? Wala pa yung sa church na 15k, basic styling etc? Kasi kung ganon, parang Batangas beach wedding din pala ang venue. Thank you, sis, btw

Hi mrscreamsoda!  Venue rental only ng Byzantine 1 is 175k ata and that's good for 230 pax.  One of their Victorian halls (not sure kung 1 or 2) can acommodate 300 pax pero 198k naman.  Off-peak yun and more expensive kapag yung peak season.  Those rates were sent to me in April when I made an inquiry.  I'm not sure kung nagtaas na sila.  Yung chapel, may additional na 8k kung papabuksan ang A/C.

^ thank you, sis! So it's safe to say na kasya na ang 300k for the church and the reception venue rental? Victorian 2 yata yung for 300pax. Then additional payment nanaman for the gondola ride? Then caterer pa. Since accredited naman ang KbyC, baka sila na. Gusto ko na talaga makita yung Fernbrook for ocular survey.

Yes sis.. Initially we planned for 300 pax kaso out of budget na so we trimmed down to 250.  Pinakiusapan namin kung pwede 250 sa Byzantine 1 pero hindi kame pinagbigyan kasi 230 lang daw talaga max.  KbyC din caterer namin.  Yes, may extra payment ang gondola ride but we got it for free kasi we booked them during the Bridal fair.  Actually family pala ni h2b nagbook kasi overseas kame eh.  I haven't been to Fernbrook din pero uwi kame in 3 weeks time kaya dun palang namin makikita yung place.

For me pinaka ok sa lahat Byzantine 2. When i firt book the venue, i wanted byz1 or victoria 1. but when i study the place and whaats its going to be if may kasabay ako , mas ok sa byz 2 kasi malapit sa terrace and pwede pa mgtyo ng cocktails as waiting area.

Hi sis Diane   Yun din ni-recommend ng OTD ko.  Mas okay daw location ng Byzantine 2 & Victorian 2 kaso 200 pax lang ang max capacity ng Byzantine 2.  Then Victorian 2 naman out of budget na.

Hi sis, no naman For us, nag walk in lang kame; be conscious lang of the time - usual business hours (8-5) and lunch breaks (12-1 or 1:30); they're very accommodating naman and show you the different halls.

For us, we were in Victorian 2 with about 250-260 guests.

Sis rave21lala, sa Notre Dame De Vie Chapel din kame kinasal then Fernbrook reception; the canonical interview was in the Diocese office of Paranaque sa service road (water fun side); sa street na papasok ng Southbay ata yung village na yun if I'm not mistaken.

Sis mrs_mcta, did you bring a guest priest or yung inassign ng Diocese of Paranaque ang nagkasal sa inyo?  I couldn't decide kung magdadala ng guest priest.  If ever, galing pa ng Pampanga.  Kung from Diocese of Paranaque naman, I'm just worried na baka sobrang strict ni father or yung mga hindi friendly mapunta sa amin...If you know what I mean.. hehe!

Hi sis rienny25, we tried to invite our own priest pero lahat hindi available (taga-BF HOmes kase ako and may mga parish priest kame na kilala ng family). We waited ng last minute and nag end up na in-assignan nalang kame ni Notre Dame de Vie ng priest. Looking back, dapat nag effort kame to meet up with the assigned priest before the wedding kase ang nangyari parang walang personal touch. If you're going to invite your own priest naman, they just need yung CITI certification ata yun if I'm not mistaken.

Hi sis rave21lala, ok naman yung canonical interview. If hindi pa nagpapalit, yung parish priest dun is bata pa and cool naman hehe. Kwela siya mag interview and very light lang. May ipapa-fill out lang silang form muna then saka kayo tatawagin nung priest.

Thanks mrs_mcta!  So iba yung priest na nung canonical interview niyo and iba din yung nagkasal sa inyo?  Na-inform na ako na need nga daw nung CRASM kung may guest priest... I'm just worried na baka masungit yung ma-assign na priest sa amin.  Kaso iniisip ko naman, manggagaling pa ng Pampanga yung guest priest namin.
