^UHUHUHU sis sana talaga nabasa ko yang post mo..October 2014 namin sya kinuha eh, niriresearch namin sya sa net and forums, walang lumalabas. Kahit yang link na sinend mo, hindi basta nag aappear kahit isearch pa dito.

October 2014 nasa abroad pa ako, dun namin sila binook kasi Fernbrook accredited sila, akala namin kabisado na nila dun and magiging less hassle for us. December 2014 ako umuwi for good, pero tuwing magfollow-up ako, ang sagot nya, "Relax!! Sobrang sisiw lang nyan!" Palaging may excuse pero busy din kami so sabi namin palipasin namin ang holidays. MARCH 2015 na malaman ko wala parin pala siyang nagagawa..MAY 2015 ang wedding namin.

Nag-file na kami ng complaint sa Fernbrook pero hindi parin sila nagrereply. Nung kumuha ako ng bagong coordinator na taga Fernbrook din (Shayne Ganalon), sabi nya "Mam, naku hindi po kayo ang first na sinalo ko galing sa kanila, ang dami na. Lahat ng ibang suppliers ng Fernbrook kaaway nila dahil very unprofessional and mapanira." Tapos napamura sya sa mga pinagsisingil samin ni Dhon kasi 10K pataas ang patong.

HE CANNOT GET LOWER PRICES FOR YOU! Honestly he doesn't care about your wedding, parang may isang style lang sya na susundin forever.
-Team Barbara Bennett lang ang HMUA nya na ipipilit sayo, kasi yan ang kapit nila sa Fernwood at Fernbrook. Nung nabalitaan ng photographer namin, hinarang agad and nagwarn sa husband ko "PRE Nako WAG, DUGYOT NUN (magmake-up)" Kasi nakatrabaho nya na before, may attitude din daw. NO-NO talaga. Yung photog namin, sobrang trusted namin yun at magaling talaga kaya nakinig kami (Bobby Delos Santos).

-Prenup styling for P30K magccosplay kayo kay Team Bennett..gift nya daw yun (pero bayad ka P30K). Ayoko nalang mag comment sa itsura nung mga costumes kasi may mga nauto sya kumuha nun.

-Puno na yung viber gallery ko ng pics ni Sam YG and ibang couples na clients nya, wala naman kaming business dun. He never initiates contact and if magreply, super irrelevant ng sagot.

-If hindi naman irrelevant ang sagot, BASTOS. Hirap hagilapin palagi nalang "I'm driving", "I'm having dinner", "I'm in a meeting"..sabi ko nga, daig ko pa ang Facebook status sa updates nya. Madalas di ka na nya babalikan. Nung sabi ko na hanapan nya kami ng ibang HMUA for ento na nasa las pinas area, ang sagot "Hindi ko kasi area yan eh" LORD!

-Hindi sya nagttake note ng instructions, nakakalimutan nya palagi yung details na binigay mo. As a result, mali yung invitations namin, late sya naprint and napamahal kami kakarush. Muntik na kami hindi tanggapin ng ibang suppliers kasi hindi nya binook or finollow-up.

Notorious na sila sa Fernbrook sa ganyan kaso may backer kaya hindi maalis alis. Madalas victims nila OFW kaya "happy clients" kasi walang alam sa pinaggagawa nila. Kaya coordinator si Dhon kasi kubg stylist/florist wife nya, sya din ang mag check ng gawa..so lusot lahat kung tipirin ka sa flowers kasi syempre kakampihan nya yun and yung mga ibang suppliers nya na may cut sya.

Mga sis, mali talaga yung ginawa samin ng WeddingsNMotif...may P33K pa nga sila na di binabalik samin. Would you know saan pwede magcomplain bago umabot sa lawsuit? Fernbrook kasi bagal kumilos.

^hi sis buti nagising kayo at hindi natuloy na sila ang supplier nyo. honestly nakakagulat yung 300k styling nya. 100k nga namamahalan na ko to think super bongga na yun pero 300k mas super bongga pa yun ha! sino pinalit mo hmua? i remember i have a friend kinasal sa fernbrook nung nalaman nya im getting married shes pushing me sa fernbrook gawin and si hmua na sinasabi mo kunin namin na hmua kahit di kami sa fernbrook kakasal. buti namahalan ako sa kanya at di ko bet gawa nya!

^i am so sorry for what happened Nakaloko naman siya, lakas nya magpatong ha kapal ng mukha nya to even advertise na he will secure savings for you when in fact he is actually making patong!
I reposted the link here so that future brides can be warned about him. If after reading the reviews they still want to pursue then that's their choice pero you SHOULD meet him before booking i swear.

Sis shygirlme si Eds Go nirecommend nung photographer namin kasi malinis sya gumawa..lalo na kilay. Yung makeup nya, pwedeng light/natural, pwede ding transformation talaga ang dating. Maganda sya mismo kaya nagtiwala ako agad hahahaha! Mabait pa, kwela.

Sis sparklingjewel hindi ko na alam saan ako lalapit para magsumbong para mabawi yung pera namin. Siguro wala na yun talaga. Umaasa nalang ako sa karma. Makakahanap din sila ng katapat nila.

^Try to complain kay Fernbrook and baka they can help you or at least be wary about accrediting them again....

Sis khaleesii, try mo lang mag-follow up with Fernbrook.  I also lodged a formal complaint late last year but different issue naman and I agree na medyo mabagal sila sa pag-respond.  Inisip ko na lang since peak season yun so I gave them more time.  On the second week of January, that's when I emailed them again for a follow-up and they actioned it naman.  I'm not sure sis kung may Complaints Tribunal dyan sa Philippines who you can escalate the complaint to in the event na hindi ka satisfied sa resolution na ibigay ng Fernbrook Management.  How about try mo if DTI or PAWP (Philippine Association of Wedding Planners) can assist you?  Baka may grounds sila ng revocation of Business Permit or membership kapag may ganyang complaint?  Or If you can consult a lawyer na kakilala mo sis.

Hi mga sis,

May i know the names of the Event Stylist that you're recommending? My wedding is on Nov 2015 at Byzantine 1. May ceremony florist nako, Clint Carl Dangwa. Sabi kasi nung coordinator (Charmaine Ual) na nirefer ng friend ko, kahit may corkage na 15k yung hindi accredited na florist eh mas mura pa din lalabas or the same lang kasi imported flowers na yung gamit. True enough, kasi yung package ko sa ceremony and entourage costs 20k pero upgraded na yun. Yung sa reception nalang sana na stylist yung gusto ko kasi yung Caterer namin (Juan Carlo), medyo di ako satisfied kahit pa upgraded na nila yung styling.

TIA sis ha! Super na sstress ako sa stylist talaga kasi na overlook ko sya gawa all the while akala ko di ko na kailangan gawa ng meron na free sa Juan Carlo.

Tsaka have you encountered Charmaine Ual as coordinator/ host? Can i ask for feedbacks? Nirefer lang kasi sya ng Maid of Honor ko, wala pa ko nakikitang reviews sakanya.

Thank you sis sparklingjewel and rienny25..nakakainis talaga balikan sana yung negativity na yun kaso parang napaka saya naman ng WeddingsNMotifs, gagawin lang ulit nila sa ibang couples in the future yun, wala namang nagcocomplain sa kanila.

Sis kuhjo tama advice ng coordinator mo, look outside Fernbrook kung may trusted supplier ka na. Kasi lumipat kami last minute sa Scenta (accredited din ng Fernbrook na stylist/florist), 285K yung singil samin, pumayag na kami kasi di na namin ma-take yung stress dahil 2 weeks nalang, wedding na namin nun. Late na para humanap sa labas ng Fernbrook, di naman kami taga Manila..super hassle. Magaling sila scenta sa mga hanging chandeliers and table styling, pero madami ng di nasunod sa pegs namin pagdating aa flowers nung actual day. Still, 100x better kausap sa WeddingsNMotifs kasi sila nag mmockup talaga. Tagal na sila sa Fernbrook e..sila yung gumawa nung event nila Heart Evangelista/Julia Barretto dun.

Thanks sis Khaleesii! Oo nga daw, Scenta nga daw yung kila Heart. Gusto ko kasi sana yung Backdrop na ginamit nila kay Heart kaso nung nag presyuhan na, nasa 120k quote sakin. Vintage kasi theme namin. Naku Sana lang mas mababa na ngayon kasi di na namin isasama sakanila yung para sa church, reception nalang talaga sila.

Pero sana may makuha pa din kami na outside para mas mura mura. Advantage lang kasi ng Scenta is sanay na sila sa Fernbrook. Sa November pa naman wedding namin kaya may konting time pa naman maghanap ng stylist ;-)

hi po, ask ko lang din kung kaya ba umabot ng 2 minutes yung bridal march sa Notra Dame chapel?  Base on pictures, maliit lang sya.. so if my fiancee try to walk very slow, possible to to take 2-3 minutes? 

iniisip ko lang kasi yung bridal march song. it will not be good kung ma-cut kasi she already reached the altar.

^I think kaya naman.  The chapel looks smaller sa pictures & videos but when we went there for our esesh, it's actually bigger than I thought.  Although hindi kasing laki ng mga churches.

^^It's not too short but if you compare talaga sa mga 'normal churches' mukha siyang maikli.

And required din naman na mabagal mag lakad yung mga brides hehe para maganda sa picture kase makaka-timing si photog and you can also include sa time ng entrance yung pagdating sa harap kase diba may mano/beso pa sa both parents so covered pa yung moments na yun sa bridal march song.

When I was walking down the aisle, sinasabihan talaga ako ng photog na ma'am bagalan mo pa maglakad haha excited ata ako masyado.

Hi sisses! I'm a Fernbrook bride just this July 2015. Just wanted to share our experience. We booked venue only package for 124k for Victorian 1, capacity is 200pax. 124k kasi it was off peak rate nila.
We got Scenta Creations & Event Styling as our florist sa church and styling sa reception. I swear super elegant and thumbs up styling nila. We were amazed kasi parang Teddy Manuel yung level of styling nila but way lot cheaper than Teddy Manuel. Super accommodating pa ng owners. Sila talaga ang kakausap sayo ang you can haggle pa the price. We chose all white flowers for reception, it was elegant white and they combined crystals and candles. Flowers for guest tables were white orchids. Our guests were asking us who our stylist was and they were commenting na mahal siguro xtyling niyo kasi orchids daw. Pero honestly is was affordable compared to the quotation of other stylist we asked.

HI mm12! I'm a July 2015 Fernbrook bride. So far all positive yung nangyari sa wedding ko at Fernbrooks. I got Shayne Ganalon Events as coordinator. She does most wedding at Fernbrooks and she's very professional. Thumbs up ako sa entire team nila. Ms.Shayne ensured na naka on na nag aircon 1 hour before the ceremony and 1 hour before the reception. Normally, 30min before the event ang pag on ng aircon. But with Ms.Shayne, since almost all weddings niya nasa Fernbrook, napag bibigyan siya. So malamig na ang venue pag dating ng guests.
