Calendar Method. Is it safe? how?

Effective pag regular. Kaso minsan kahit regular ka di rin reliable eh. Pero safe to pag ginawa mo 5 days after. Kasi it takes 5 days bago mapalitan yung egg cells diba?

we practice calendar method for 3 years until 4 months ago nagulat ako di nako nagkaroon. Buntis na pala. Hindi reliable ang calendar method. we practice the 7 days before and after sometimes pa nga 6days lang para sure but unfortunately it failed. nevertheless we still consider our third baby a blessing

better use an app called: M. cycles, available in android and ios. this is quite accurate

Effective for me. Im using M.Cycle din na app. Make it sure lang na hindi mo makakalimutan itake note yung first day of period mo

"Seven days before and after" is oftentimes done incorrectly.  I seems that a lot of people think that seven days after is counted beginning on the day after the last sign menstrual flow.  If a menstruation period last 3 to 5 days or more, then adding 7 would place you on Day 10 to Day 12...and that puts you on your possible fertile days or even your highest fertile day, your ovulation.

On a 28 day fertility cycle, ovulation is said to occur on Day 14, in the middle of the cycle.  Many doctors place it at Day 12 to Day 16.

Conclusion, if you have intercourse seven days after your menstruation, you will really get pregnant.

WHAT IS "OVULATION"?
Ovulation is the release of an egg from the ovary. Ovulation occurs typically once a month. In a woman who has regular, twenty-eight day cycles, ovulation occurs on day fourteen. Day zero is the first day of your period, day fourteen you'd ovulate. Now women don't always have regular cycles, but ovulation always will occur fourteen days before your period starts. But nobody can predict the future. So, you don't know when your next period is going to be if your cycles are every 47, 32, 19 days. You don't have any regularity, you can't predict when ovulation will occur. So there's other ways that you're going to have to devise methods to determine if you're ovulating, but ovulation is the release of the egg from the ovary.

so far, di pa naman ako buntis. my baby is 2 years 5 mos. withdrawal ang ginagawa namin but pag 9th day or less, pwedeng di na iwithdraw.

Besided calendar method, do you girls know the cervical mucus method too?

Been planning to use both methods para no more condom na. I'm fine with both methods and withdrawal kahit pagsabay sabayin pa.

Been observing my period and vaginal discharge for the past two months. Pero hindi sila magtugma. I mean, 32 days ang cycle ko, pang 29th day ngayon, pero ang cervical discharge ko is clear and almost watery and really wet which indicates that I'm on my peakest day of my fertility window. Pero dapat I have less to none discharge by now because I'm expecting my period in 3 days which means that I should be in my safe window.

I'm monitoring my period and CM on my "My Calendar" app.

Anyone familiar with this method? Please share your thoughts TIA!

i'm using period calendar app sa android. for me, effective ang calendar method if you will follow it religiously. no contact on fertile days. you should also have a regular menstrual cycle. monitor your cycle for at least 6mos bago ka magcompute ng average cycle mo. sa app, automatically maco-compute yun if you input the correct LMP(last menstrual period or unang araw ng huling regla) mo every month.

Kahit no sexual contact ako for more than a year na I'm still using My Calendar app.. been using it for years at this year lang tumugma lahat, as in pag nag notify yung app na my period is coming today eh dadating nga.. haha.. two months ng ganon.. iobserve ko pa rin, pag every month tugma talaga sya then I guess I can rely to my app na when it comes to my safe and unsafe days.. 😀
