Calendar Method. Is it safe? how?

@missanalyst.. sis ang pag count ay yung talagang first day ng period mo, so kung Oct.12-16 ka nagkaron, 5days yun, tapos Oct.19 kayo nag-do bale 8th day mo na yun, safe pa naman yata yun, depende rin kasi sa ovulation mo, ang sperm daw kasi can live 3-5days sa loob so kung umabot yun sa ovulation mo eh baka may chance na mabuo, pero sana walang nakalusot, di naman kasi lahat ng withdrawal safe.. Saka wag ka magkakamali sa pag count sis kasi pag namali ka ng count mas delikado na mapreggy ka..

Para medyo safe do it hanggang 6th or 7th day mo lang..beyond that parang delikado na eh..

@veedadae, tama sis..hindi nga sa lahat effective ang calendar, kaya sabi nga dapat i-monitor daw muna for 3-6 months ang cycle..

@missanalyst, sana nga sis.. ganyan din ako dati nagworry ayun na-stress tuloy, kaya relax ka nalang para di mag cause ng delay ng period mo..

Mga sis help naman po. nagkaroon po ako last july 14 pa then natapos yung period ko july 18. Me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex on july 20 kasi po alam namin na safe yun at sa loob nya din pinutok. Until now di pa rin po ako nagkakaroon. We've tried PT twice already, magkaibang days po yun. yun uung nadelay na talaga ako ng 1 month. wala naman po akong nararamdamang signs na preggy ako. ano po kaya magandang gawin? at nung delay na rin po pala ako, nag sex pa rin kami pero protected naman. please po pa help

yes july pa po. yung 2x na pt namin, magkahiwalay na months yun start nung nadelay na ko. negative naman. wala rin talaga akong nararamdaman na kakaibang signs. bukas baka magpa check up na kami. sana naman delayed lang dahil sa stress

Hello mga sisses! update lang po. nagkaroon na ako ng mens nung november 10, 2013. advance pa ng 1 day kasi expected ko sa 11 pa ako dadatnan. wag lang talaga magpapastress para di madelay ang mens. Nag-DL ako ng Pink Pad sa smartphone ni BF para mamonitor namin yung monthly cycle ko.

I have a friend, who got pregnant na kahit ginawa nila ng bf nya, as in 2 days after her mens.
Besides, if this method is safe, wala sanang mga teenage moms + mga unwanted pregnancies. Also mga sis, may times na kahit regular ang period mo, pwede ma delay ang pag ovulate. so chances are mamamali parin ng bilang.

and sa mga sisses na ayaw ma preggy, and doing the calendar method, make sure to practice safe sex, nang di na paparanoid. Peace! 

PS: I'm married, and super regular. Did it on the "safest" day, & voila, I got pregnant.

I suggest be very careful with this.

Applicable only to regular girls. Aside from this, much better kung aaralin din ang billings method coupled with calendar method, para mas magamit SAFELY ang calendar method.

I only do this kapag I'm sure na my mucus is dry and palapit na period ko. Never tried after period pa.

better din na nachecheck yung mucus sa genitals ng girls. para mas sure.

I think aside from the calendar method dapat pati consistency ng mucus and basal temperature chinecheck din just to be sure kung keln ka nagoovulate talaga.

Pasali naman since this has been bothering me the past few days.i had my period (first day) feb 7 until feb 10.i visited my husband since military nga and we had sex feb 17 ng early morning.yong cycle ko is 34 days sometimes longer pa.is there a possibility na preggy ako?i have 3 apps sa phone ko and it says 18 pa naman ang start ng fertile days ko.thanks...

Look for Billings Ovulation method. It is specific to the woman's cycle and it is safe.
