^sis!! Sana you joined Haka Tours na lang. Dream destination ko ang NZ kaya grabe ang research ko diyan. Haka kas really really GREAT reviews!

And ang kaibahan nila sa ibang tours, mostly young adults ang demographic and solo travelers. So you get to hang around w/ people w/ interests similar to yours. Yung iba kasing tours, puro OLDIES daw!

Kaso kung naka-book ka na, di na pwede kasi may specific sked ang tours nila.

Hi sis meimei! Hindi pa naman ako nagbook ng ticket. Actually wala pa rin ako visa.
Checked ko yun website ng Haka Tours, meron nga specific schedule.
Problem is hindi ako pwede on those dates I'm also checking some travel agencies here in SG.

Regarding visa, how long ba processing? Meron pa rin ba nade-deny?

^ Hi sis! I've just submitted my application this morning (I'm here in SG, by the way). You can download the application form from the NZ embassy website. Yun requirements makikita mo rin dun.

I've submitted the following with the application form and checklist:
1. Passport
2. Photocopy of stamps and visas sa passport
3. Bank statement (latest 3 months)
4. Itinerary (My tour package booked with HAKA TOURS. Wala pa ko air ticket.)
5. Employment certificate addressed to the NZ Embassy.
6. Approved vacation leave.

Since less than 6 months ako sa NZ, di na ko pinagbayad ng visa fee. Di rin required ang medical.

Processing here will take 15 working days. Not sure if same lang sa PH.

Sana ma-approve ako 😊

^ Yes, sis. Kasama kasi sa checklist yun travel booking or itinerary. Hindi naman required yun air ticket. Siguro they just want to know how long ka mag stay sa NZ.

By the way, there are 2 types of application form: 1) Visitor Visa if you intend to stay more than 6 months; 2) Tourist/Biz Visitor Visa if less than 6 months. If your tour is sponsored by your aunt and uncle, meron din sila form to fill out: Sponsorship Form for Temporary Entry.

My husband and I settled on New Zealand for our 1st year wedding anniversary this Feb. We're going March pa though. Whee! I can't wait. We're planning to self drive lang around the South Island.

@caterpillar-girl   Hi, sis highly recommended Ace Rentals, just google the company --- we rented from this company when we toured the South Island last 2012! Reasonable price--- They have an office just outside Queenstown Airport & you can just drop the car to any SI city eg Dunedin, CHC...

@ molybdenumstudios: hi sis, I've been to Rotorua -- it's in North Island & very popular with tourist & even locals! It's a sulphur city with heaps of geothermal wonders! Highly recommended!

^ Depends on which portion of Middle Earth you'd like to see. It spans in so many areas, so depending where. But generally, 3 days is kinda short if you really want to see a lot. Nonetheless, if you want a glimpse at least, then you can opt to make the most out of the 3 days.

^hi sis, we only want to see "The Shires".. as per checking nz website it re-directs to different websites which confuses me on which to get.. There's this hobbiton tours with farm stay (1night) but I think the transportation from Auckland airport is not yet included.. pretty expensive?
