san location ng grande islang resort? mukhang masaya dun dahil "one-stop-shop" na sya. malapit ba ito sa ocean adventure?

Grande Island Resort is an island talaga sis. From SBMA, may port doon where the boat going there is located. Yung port is along waterfront road, malapit sa Legenda Hotel. Ok din magstay doon kasi yung boat ride palang, experience na The boat/ferry is airconditoned, hindi yung boats na maliliit.

galing din kami subic last weekend.. nagstay ulit kami sa tiara hotel, yung ka-tie up ng zoobic safari..  rooms are a lot better than the first time we stayed there.. saka ang pool nila ok na din..

1st day sa treetop kami.. super enjoy! though yun nga lang, may ibang adventures na super tagal ng waiting time lalo na kung tanghali na nakabili ng ticket.. pero sulit naman!

nung gabi we went sa boardwalk.. sakto may carshow, party and all kaya nanood muna kami and naglibot.. madami dami na din pala ok na restos sa boardwalk ang mga mura but ok na accom don..

2nd day sa zoobic safari.. madami na din nagbago compared nung unang punta namin.. mas madami ng cemented areas pero yung sa safari mismo nila nililimit na lang nila ngayon sa 4 tigers ang nandon kaya medyo bitin, di kagaya dati na minsan 2 agad ang lalapit..

overall enjoy padin naman!

Maganda rin sis ang Camayan Resort kaya lang nung nagpunta kami dun, fully booked na...
nagswim nlng tuloy kmi sa beach adventure...

plano namin sa camayan beach resort, kaya lang fully booked na ang dates na gusto namin. so i'm looking at this subic homes,  shared by sis tinytins..  gano ito kalayo sa ocean adventure, boardwalk, at sa royal duty free etc? hindi kasi ako tlaga familiar sa subic.. and gumagawa ako ng itinerary namin.

I'm new to the forum. I am planning to go to Subic with my friend next weekend, April 24-26. I can't decide which accomodation to take. Gusto ko sana yung near sa Ocean Adventure, Zoobic Safari, Treetop Adventure pero syempre I don't want to miss also the beach.

Can you guys suggest kung saan hotel/beach resort maganda magpunta. Medyo maarte po ako when it comes to accomodations..  (Just want to tell the truth)

Maganda dun sa Segara Villas but it's a little pricey for 2 pax lang. Sana kung may discount..hehe! Sana po yung nice beach resort na malapit lang sa adventures..

Camayan Resort sis, super katabi [textspeak!] ng Ocean Adventure...a few minutes drive na lang siya sa Treetop Adventure & Zoobic Safari..kaya lang malayo siya sa mga Duty Free Shop

nag inquire ako dun sis last night, fully booked na daw eh.. ano ba ang recommended niyo na resorts? never been to Subic talaga ako and walang kahit anong alam. I just want to treat my friend since paalis siya going abroad.

^Segara has a website.  You can check out how the villas look like in the site.

^ Sis, you need a car to get to those destinations.  Segara is 20 minutes away by car.  Malapit ang Segara sa Meat Plus and Freeport Exchange.

You can try Camayan Beach Resort - it's beside Ocean Adventure.  It gets fully booked really early though so you need to reserve sa Manila office nila.

hi sis! yung tita ko may kakilala sya dun sa may subic...nagpahanap sya ng marerent na house dun for us.  Suki na kasi sya ng subic homes kaso medyo mahal dun kaya nagpahanap sya sa min ng mas mura at dun nga sa may binictican homes nya kami nahanapan.  Try mo i-google yung subic homes, binictican homes etc...  Ang daming houses don na for rent.

anyone stayed at Seorabeol? nice ba mga rooms nila and the service as well? we'll be attending a beach wedding this May sa Lighthouse but i don't want to stay there, mahal e haha...we've stayed at Vista Marina before but i wanted to try another hotel naman na may pool din. tia!

^ From the outside, Seorabeol looks seedy and horrible.  When we drove by and saw it, may mga towels na naka-hang sa balcony or ledge, que horror!  I have a feeling hindi gaano clean ang rooms kasi pumapayag ang management na gawing sampayan ang facade.  It's also located in a noisy part of Subic, sa may party street - but if okay lang with you ang gimmick, you might like it.

@ divamom : I agree with marose17. di ko rin type ang seorabeol. nakapagstay na kami once pero hindi ko nagustuhan ang room nila. Amoy luma and yes, hindi masyado malinis ang rooms. Nagpalipat kami ng room twice kasi nga ayoko amoy ng room, meron pa man din akong asthma pati ang eldest ko. Go ako agad sa royal subic at bumili ng lysol spray. Although okay naman ang bed nila even the extra bed. still, i will not recommend seorabeol even if my pool sila.

Segara is just a few minutes away from lighthouse. Highly recommended sya by sis marose17.  Kasi yung bayfront hotel naman na may pool din, hindi rin recommended ni sis purpleish ( tama nga ba, sis?)

next time we'll be in Subic, we'll try segara naman at kung medyo marami kami, subic homes naman.

i might just book again with Vista Marina if that's the case. the newly renovated rooms of Seorabeol look nice pa naman and their pool is big. Segara and Lighthouse are not on my list this time since usual check-in time is at 2pm pa, the wedding we're attending to is at 4pm til evening...so no time for us to enjoy the hotel/resort. Next time we'll check on Segara naman if we plan to stay longer in Subic.
