eto naman pwede ko ma-share:
1. regarding sa time: flexible kasi depende yun sa itinerary mo for the day kasi it depends sa clinic schedule ng doctor. May mga doctor na maaga ang clinic, may iba 10am pa ang start, meron naman gabi at meron iba madaling araw. Minsan sunod-sunod ang coverage na hapon na lunch mo meron naman araw na malaki ang free time. Sa una mahirap talaga pero pag kabisado mo na skeds lahat ng cover mo magiging ok din. It's true na minsan kahit weekend kelangan mo magservice (ipagdrive ang doktor) pero it's one way of building rapport with them. And sometimes it feels good pag doctor ang humingi ng request na i-service mo cia lalo na yung mga top doctors kc sa dami ng rep ikaw ang napili nia. It shows na he trust you and komportable cia syo.
2. regarding cars, salary and benefits: it varies from one pharma company to another. Meron na nagbibigay kagad ng kotse after training, meron naman 1 year na wala pa rin, meron pag naka quota ka consecutively saka ka
[textspeak!] bibigyan at meron naman iba na wala talaga. In terms of compensation, i think almost the same ang starting salary sa lahat ng companies. Nagkakaiba

[textspeak!], meron naman monthly, quarterly tapos per product pa. Iba-iba talaga pero sabi nga nila maliit or malaki man daw ang sweldo mo, nasa sayo yan how you'll manage your money. Benefits, i think lahat naman meron health card and insurance. Yung iba
[textspeak!] meron rice ratio, bonuses aside sa 13th month etc.
3. nature of work: toxic means stressful pero i believe naman na kahit anong klase ng work meron talagang stress. Its how you handle stress or katoxican. Pwede ka matoxic sa doktor, sa boss at mga counterparts mo, sa mga activities, sa mga paperworks and lalong-lalo na sa benta. Pero di naman sa araw-araw toxic meron
[textspeak!] talagang mga araw na physical, mentally or emotionally nakaka-drain. Sa lahat naman siguro ng trabaho pwede mo maramdaman yun.
4. image ng rep: i think it depends how you carry and present your self. It maybe true na meron mga rep who crosses the boundary but mas maraming rep ang matino. Every person has his/her own limitations. You know what is right and what can go wrong.
Being a rep is hard but at the same time its rewarding. Rewarding not just because of the money but because of the experience. It you're a people-person and has a lot of PATIENCE then most likely you'll survive.
