Wanna share mine... OCM everyday, 2x a day... Tancha system pa ako sa castor at olive oil. If i put anything on my face and went out of our house, mas marami castor than olive vice versa pag nasa house lang... I tried EVOO kaso may itchiness after kaya stick ako sa olive oil lang... So far so good, not oily anymore to think na super oily na dry face ako.I apply konting olive oil as mosturizer after OCM. Maybe because of my period. But i will still continue kahit ganun. 1 week na ko bukas eh! I want to try HHN SBO naman as my moisturizer. Super rave kasi nun dito! As in! HHN over Botany Works kasi mukhang mas ok review as i backread... Sana i will achieve clear skin na this time without taking pills kasi polycystic ako. Hormonal imbalance talaga ang root cause! Sana hiyang si SBO sa akin!

This emu oil stuff is amazing! I had an angiogram 10 days ago so I bought emu oil and rosehip oil to take care of the wound and minimize or eradicate the scar (hopefully). I used the emu oil first because I read din that it helps wounds heal faster. Hindi pa naman nawawala yung sugat. But I must say that I am impressed kasi it seems to have taken away the soreness dun sa site nung incision. Pero I stand corrected. Bow ako dito. :) Tsaka yung rash ko rin nawala! I mean, nag subside lang pala. Galing!! Daldal ko. Tama na nga. :D Hehe

^^i'm soo happy for you sis fides! maganda rin ang effect sakin ng emu oil. lagi kase akong may cystic acne, tapos syempre pag nag-pop na, may sugat. when i started putting emu oil on it, after one or two days, mega subside na yung inflammation and ang bilis mag-heal nung wound! tapos, super small pimple mark na lang sya compared pag hindi ko nilagyan ng emu oil :)

Kasi i'm using one from botany works. I am using it in ocm at moisturizer after.

^^ oo nga sis xiaou! i tried emu as a night moisturizer for my face. Maganda pagkaka-moisturize niya.

Ginagamit ko sya for removing makeup but I wash it off, everything off. Sometimes I put a little around the eyes as an eyecream. Pero mas madalas emu oil ang gamit ko for the eyes.

In sunflower oil pala may 2 types, yung isa higher sa linoleic acid. Yung isang type higher in oleic acid. Yung oleic acid = comedogenic.

Yung Hain Sunflower oil, it's higher in linoeic acid which is good yey!

sis maganda din ba effect nya, para SBO din ng HNN? i'm thinking of buying din kase ng sunflower oil sa supermarket.

Parang pareho lang. May added vitamin E yung HAIN to serve as preservative. Pero since yung nabili ko is almost a liter, medyo matagal talaga sya na-store and magiging amoy cooking oil talaga overtime.

You get it (more or less) fresh everytime.

the best yung ITCHO's OIL ng all organics,my son has keratosis pilaris and his doctor said there's no med for it, only an exfoliant and its expensive.then i bought this itcho's oil, without really the intention of using it for him after a month of stocking it in our dresser i put it in the arms of my son,and i was amazed super galing talga pati sa underarm ko nawala chicken skin,i was planning to have ipl pa naman para lang sa chicken skin ko sa underarm, now i dont need it anymore. this is the best :)
i bought it sa mercato centrale

I used emu oil to help heal my tattoo.  Usually if you use baby oil it would take at least 2 weeks before it completely heals and the itching is excruciating in the area of the tattoo.  But when I used emu oil in my latest tat, it has almost completely healed after 1 week and the pain and itching has been lessened big time.

Emu oil is a staple in our household to address my kids' skin asthma during summer breakouts. Also use it for my face. Now i seldom experience breakouts. Hooraay!

I use rosehip oil for my stretchmarks and my CS bikini cut. My stretchmarks are now less visible. I also use it for my acne scars. The dark spots are gone in 2 weeks with regular application.

I juggle between VnM and Absynthe products.
