Hi sisses!

Just to update you lang.  I went to US embassy awhile ago an fell in line on window 35.  After waiting for an hour, binigyan lang ako ng consul ng piece of paper indicating to mail photocopy of boarding pass and other supporting documents like payslip, credit card receipts, etc at yung I-94 departure card sa:

London, Kentucky 40744

Now, imemail ko sya pero I want to make sure sana that they receive it in order or receive it at all kasi mahirap na hindi nila matanggap at baka hindi na macorrect ang records ko.

Nako, mga sis, DON'T EVER, EVER FORGET TO RETURN YOUR I-94 DEPARTURE CARD WHEN LEAVING US!

Ughhh, just found out last weekend we need Canadian transit visas even if our final destination is Vegas...(my type of tkt kasi)...grrr...ka-bad trip lang esp when biglaang visa applic...sheesh, what a hassle...

Sis why?  PAL has stopover sa vancouver pero passengers doesn't need canadian Visa.

Yun nga ang fear ko.  Siguro I will just send lots of stamps para they can mail back yung receipt ng documents at the same time confirming that I am officially out of US.

^Yeah, there is a regulation wherein PH pspt holders transiting in Canada, and flying on certain airlines (PAL included) are exempted from the transit visa rqmts if their final destination is the USA...unfortunately, like I said, due to my ticket type, my kids and I need one (airline staff tkt kasi)...that rule only applies to passengers holding confirmed tickets...good thing (so far) the flights I'll try to get on are still open...whoopdeedoo...nagulo lang mindset ko cos I wasn't expecting and planning on applying for any visas right now...anyway, almost done with docs gathering...good luck to me!

YAAAAYYY sis that is great news! happy for you!!! keep me posted ha sa mga POE questions mo sa pagdating sa Vegas.  Right now I called Korean Air and fully booked na raw sila for my trip on May.  Patay! and I called my travel agent and she told me magkaproblema daw ako sa POE like one of her pasahero kasi I went back to States so early since my last departure mag 8 months pa lang daw and 6 months ako doon...huhuhu tuloy takot nanaman ako!

I didn't have any problems naman last year. Less than 8 months apart yung entry ko.

^^I guess it'll be because you're going back less than 8months pa lang AND you've previously stayed there for 6months. Did you maximize your allowed stay? But, who knows, diba? I'm not really worried about the POE nor immigration thing. What I'm worried about is travelling with my two kids in tow...1 adult vs 2 kids...bring it on! Haha

to tell you the truth the only reason why kinakabahan ako is coz of that reason 6 months akong nag stay cant help but think if i shortened it to 5 or even 4 sana wala na ako nagkaproblema. Para na ring na maximize sis since i left 3 days before magexpire yong i-94.  lol! bring it on ka nga!

i really think i stayed too long..pero la na akong magawa...fun din yung backpacking tour tour..palipatlipat pero ngayon nga nagkaproblema na ako.

^Yes, I usually stay from 2 to 3 weeks per visit. I think the longest I stayed was for a month. In your case I don't think it will be a problem as long as hindi ka nag over stay sa given period of stay mo. What's the purpose of them giving 6 months stay kung sisitahin ka naman if you availed of it di ba. My Mom and Dad na lang, since nandun both my siblings and most of our family they really maximise their stay most of the time pa-extend pa nila yung stay nila beyonf 6 months. They never had any problems everytime they come back. So no worries really.

talaga mama squeak?  saan naman port of entry nila? kasi daw walang maniwala na pa shopping2x and touring ako doon but really naman na nag state hopping ako eh..di naman ako nagstay in one place for a long time. 2 months each state siguro..and napuntahan ko 3 and isa (4th) 2 days.  kasi may kaibigan at cousin ako so nakatira ako...would it be okay to tell them na shopping ako uli? My sister is getting married and I am buying stuff for her and me hehe....although shes not coming along...

Hi sis....thank you sa mga encouragement nyo ha...i really need a boost of confidence kasi...marami akong narinig na mga negative, safe to say most negative...and for me nakakahiya kasi ma a to a na wala naman akong ginawa and i risk pa when i renew my visa later on if ma a to hehe ako rin
naubos yung pera ko lol...walang natira pero happy naman yung mga family ko kasi panay balikbayan box and the kids loved loved their stuff...may isa pa nga na naiwan kasi di ko napuno. oo nga noh...5 months lang..how long ka before sa october sis?  saan poe mo?

5 mos sis. kasi biglang sumunod si hubs on my 2nd month kaya nagtagal pa kami. ganon din, pasyal, statehopping to visit friends and relatives. poe ko last year was jfk. this time sfo naman. basta don't worry too much.

I gave birth sa U.S. four years ago. Makikita ba nila yun sa database or malalaman ba nila yung history ko na yun? Would they take it against me kaya? I never overstayed naman, its just I gave birth there. And I think madami naman gumagawa nun especially mga celebs.

sis, ewan ko lang if malaman ba nila since i dont know anybody who did that...pero i think if you apply for a visa makita nilan yon...pero if you already have one before giving birth to your child and its still valid parang hindi nila malaman...i dont know lang talaga if that much and that strong and updated yong linkages and information nila na hanggang sa mga hospitals nila kaya nilang kunin yung info mo..all i know is malaman nila yong sa dmv and local and federal government na mga data, if ever meron man doon yung pangalan mo...im sure sis you will find help here kagaya ko..may mga sisters tayo dito na medyo may alam sa mga ganyan...

oo mahilig sumunod si hubby kung asan ako. pag nakahanap ng free time yun i'm sure susunod na naman haha.. sakto naman summer break so pwede nya isama yung 3 y.o. namin. probably 2 or 3 months stay here sis, business and pleasure ang drama ko ngayon. me kadeal kasi ako. i'm planning to put up a small business dyan satin. hopefully magwork out.
