my daughter is 5yrs old, she took up nursery at Dela Virgen School, kaso hindi ako satisfied sa improvement nya after 1 year of nursery kaya tatransfer ko cya, kaso so far [textspeak!] ECA lang ang alam ko na kakayanin ko [textspeak!] tuition fee. nagustuhan ko kasi [textspeak!] "we speak english" program nila, then [textspeak!] baba nung tuition fee.

anyone here can give me suggestions of pre-schools, with tuition fee ranging from P18k to P20k, tapos [textspeak!] english speaking program chuchu, then malapit sa antipolo church...please...please...please (before i enroll my daughter in ECA)....

Hi mumsita, sa La Salle Antipolo, grade 1 and grade 4 lang alam ko. P61K for grade 1 and 68K for grade 4. Category A yun.

yung friend ko hs ang anak nya dun and after a year inalis na kagad nya dun...hnd ko na matandaan kung ano yung mga reklamo nya sa school, basta di nya nagustuhan yung pamamalakad dun... try to visit firm foundation school beside evergreen subdivision,.. http://www.firmfoundationantipolo.com/

As far as I know, traditional teaching method pa din sa Rosehill sis. But they have a mentorship program which I like. I belive around 90k ang tuition nila. This is one of the big schools that I'm considering for my daughter aside from Assumption Antipolo kaya lang mas malayo talaga ang Rosehill. If you live in Katipunan though, you can consider Miriam College or Multiple Intelligence Montessori. Madalas mag-traffic sa Sumulong Highway especially during peak hours ang baka mahirapan lang sa byahe yung child mo.

how about KING'S LITTLE JEWEL LEARNING CENTER?

Anyone here knows about this school? [textspeak!] friend ko kasi dito nag-preschool [textspeak!] two kids nya, sabi nya ok naman daw. After pre-school, nilipat nya sa OLPS [textspeak!] two kids nya, for elementary, [textspeak!] level ng teaching daw almost the same daw with OLPS. [textspeak!] tuition fee is almost the same with ECA.

^Maybe you can do a school visit din sis so you can check their area and whether you think the daily commute is doable. Maganda talaga feedback with PAREF schools kaya I was torn din between Rosehill and AA. Kame nga sis taga-Marcos Highway lang kame pero mejo nag-alangan ako sa location mostly because mejo malayo nga and mas mahirap puntahan.

talaga? ganun ka grabe traffic? that's my plan nga, to go there this weekend hopefully. next year pa naman kami lilipat,actually sa may capitol hills drive pa nga sa matandang balara, hehe mas malayo. ginawa ko lang reference point katipunan.

pareho tayo sis, yun mentorship program was the one that really caught my attention plus a friend of a friend attested na maganda talaga values formation dun. kaya ayun napaisip ako talaga hehe

^ Rosehill's former principal established a small school in Loyola Heights (same street as Citibank).  It's called Mater Christi.  It's coed though.  You may want to consider it since it's nearer to you.  I don't know lang if Mater Christi has a mentoring program too but I got good feedback from the lola of my sons' swimming classmate this summer.  Her granddaughter studies at Mater Christi.

ah really? sige i'll add it on my list plus the ideas montessori you mentioned before sis, yun talaga sobra near our place, thanks! from what i observed kasi from my daughter parang better fit sa kanya non traditional method of teaching.

^ Ideas Montessori is very near your place.  The directress there, Dedet Habana, is an AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) member.  Preschool ang Ideas Montessori.  Wala yata silang grade school.

Rosehill and Mater Christi are traditional schools though Mater Christi has a very small class size (12 students per grade level).

Kawawa ang kids kapag malayo ang biyahe going to school.

@marose 17 yes sis walking distance nga lang ideas from our place. that's what i like also, small class size kasi may slight problem nga daughter ko so until di pa ok un communication nya i don't think she'll survive in a traditional school which normally has a high student teacher ratio. is mater christi  traditional also? pero i read from their website na "individual or small group instruction". yeah mahirap talaga sa bata pag sobra layo travel.
