i am also drinking psyllium at the moment.  actually maganda kasi pang regulate ng bowel movement.  at tsaka personally feeling ko mas natatangal yung oil na kinakain ko.

im not using those available in watson (maxwell, c-lium etc) or mercury (c-lium).  nag lulump kasi tong mga ito eh.....pag stir mo di sila loose....alam mo may halo ng extenders........i dont know if you have observed this

Yeah, I've been taking a tablespoon every day for the past three years, to help stay regular.

Although I have a friend who warned me that it also flushes out good bacteria needed for digestion.

sabi ang C-lium is all natural. I've used this before,,naubos na kasi ang isang btl ko..d p ko ulit nakabili sa watsons. Experience ko is BM in the morning and in the evening. hehe. ok [textspeak!] itsura nya pagkastir. feeling busog nga agad pagkainom e//d pa madali magutom pag lunch. sabi s Phil inquirer, wellness section, in order to maintain your lost weight, inum daw ng psylluim fiber 30 mins before every major meal. cgro kung ok n ang weight nyo, beforew bfast nlang kayo magtake, like I used to.

I've been taking psyllium for yrs to ensure I have good bm - soft & smooth like a snake. : )

Taking 2 tbsp before breakfast didn't help but I know someone who super lost weight. I guess it depends if you will allow it to lessen your food intake (ako - fight pa rin).

For me, the best is Fibrolium in bottle form from Watson's. It's only P375 compared to C-lium P560. It also doesn't have the plasticky taste of C-lium. Don't get the one from Healthy Options - parang 50% sawdust.

^ I buy my psyllium from my secret source (baka kasi maubusan :D) for 100 pesos per 100 g, and it kinda tastes like sawdust. Way cheaper than Healthy Options. I've just gotten used to the taste and texture, but I find it's easier to swallow if you mix it into milk, so that the creaminess of the milk cuts back on the irritation of the psyllium husk against your throat.

I lost weight with psyllium...okay, maybe the healthy diet and exercise parts helped too. ;)

my mom drinks c-llium in powdered format then she mixes it with water.

since i'm a fan of popping medicines/ pills, i prefer to drink c-llium in capsule format. rather than, drink the gooey drink. *cringe*

i don't recommend taking c-lium everyday. there's a chance you become too dependent on it. and when you plan to cut it off from your diet. hindi na regular ang bowel movement. plus nagbi-bleed siya kasi sumikip na yung anus mo. dahil nasanay na siyang malambot yung poop. so now i drink it every other day nalang dahil sa experience ko na yun.
