hi.. i have organic base psyllium fiber plus fruits like bananas, apple, orange and pineapple,
EverNew Orange provides a convenient, great-tasting source of both soluble and insoluble fiber and is a natural way to promote efficient digestion and reduce calorie intake.

Soluble fiber can lower the level of cholesterol in the blood. Insoluble fiber can enhance digestion and aid metabolism. Research indicates that fiber plays a very important role in the body: it can prevent intestine, stomach and heart diseases, diabetes and some cancers.

Sweet, tart and so refreshing, orange is not just high in Vitamin C, which helps fight free radical damage and stimulates collagen production. Like all citrus fruits, orange contains protopectin—a naturally occurring cholesterol-lowering compound made up of cellulose and pectin. Cellulose absorbs fluid from the intestines and pushes the contents in the intestinal tract, while pectin provides lubrication and ensures smooth passage for food. Orange peel helps to treat appetite loss, nausea, indigestion, gas, lung mucus and acne.

Add EverNew Orange to water to increase dietary fiber and fluid content to cleanse and refresh the body.

| PRODUCT FEATURES |

• The digestive tract cannot accept excessive amounts of one type of fiber. EverNew Orange contains a balanced mix of soluble and
insoluble natural fiber and is suitable for all ages.
• EverNew Orange contains plant-based fiber, which fills you up quickly and curbs appetite, helping you to control weight. Consuming
large quantities of fiber can help purge toxins in the body, maintain cleanliness of the intestinal tract and give your skin a youthful glow.

| DIRECTIONS |

• Throughout the day: Mix EverNew Orange with warm or cold water and drink immediately. Using hot water is not advisable as it destroys
EverNew Orange’s nutritional value and causes the drink to become gluey and unpalatable.
• To aid in weight management, consume a package of EverNew Orange half an hour before each meal.

Psyllium is very good for the body.  It cleanses the intestine and the bowel movement becomes regular.  Nakaka slim pa ito.

my mom drinks c-llium in powdered format then she mixes it with water.

since i'm a fan of popping medicines/ pills, i prefer to drink c-llium in capsule format. rather than, drink the gooey drink. *cringe*

sis , same effect din ba with the powder form? thanks!

I drank Fibrolium the entire time I was pregnant for my 1st & 2nd & currently now that I'm breastfeeding both. I really think this was what prevented the really bad cases of constipation when taking those iron pre- & post-natal tablets. No side effects except regular, smooth bm's. : )

hehe.. i can relate sa other sisses natin dito na finds it euw yung gooey  liquid pag hinaluan na ng psyllium fiber. i tried taking yung capsule form naman, kaso parang d nga effective. pero yung fibrosine ata hindi nag-go-goeey sa liquid? kase yung younger brother ko (still using feeding bottles) hinahalo namin sa milk nya, liquid pa rin naman kase kung gooey na cia magka-clog yun sa bottle nya db?

:) Umiinom ako ng C-Lium everyday. Effective siya. Naging regular yung bowel movement ko. I'm happy about this. Pero ang down side lang neto, kelangan uminom ng madameng water after uminom ng psyllium. Hindi pa naman ako mahilig uminom ng water. Usually, hinahalo ko siya sa juice or chocolate drink para hindi ko gaano malasahan. heheh

Since yr 2001 nagsi-C lium na kami ni bf now hubby.

i also took this when i was pregnant. it helped me a lot kase di ko na kelangan mag strain ng todo pag nag poops kase kusa na siyang lalabas hehe!  high risk pa naman pregnancy ko.. this is better than dulcolax or other laxative meds. i remember when i was confined at my 25th week of pregnancy, the doctor made me take a laxative kase i wasnt pooping for several days na (i stopped taking psyllium kase).. grabe i had major contractions talaga! had to be sedated and injected with bricanyl to relax my tummy.. teka OT na pala! hehe!  ;D
