speaking of Visa... mas madali if it were 4 years ago. apply ka today, tomorrow makukuha mo na, not unlike now, it will take 3-5 business days. tsaka the last time i applied for a tourist visa, pina-LBC na nila. di na kasi pwede pumasok sa Dasma Village not unless u were invited by someone from there. although hassle free pag pina-LBC, syempre worried ka pa din. but all in all, ok na rin naman. nasanay lang ako na ako mismo yung pumupunta sa mga Embassies and Consulates.

wow, gusto ko pumunta sa india! that place is amazing, rich in culture and history. i would like to see the grand TAJ MAHAL!!
their bollywood is also fast-rising.

^^ safe naman syempre tsaka kahit anong lugar o bansa, may issue pa rin for safety. Many people fear of going to Pakistan, but believe me, I've been there twice and I like that country more than India.

^ the best ang Taj Mahal among other landmarks that I've visited. Taj Mahal tops my list! Dinaig nya ang Leaning Tower of Pisa, Eiffel Tower and St. Peter's Church in Rome. When you visit Taj Mahal, make sure kasama mo bf or husband mo coz the place is just romantic that you're lucky to have fallen in love!

hi sis, nakakuha ka na nag visit visa to india before?
ask ko lang [textspeak!] procedure, i mean i tried to apply before nung nasa manila aku for visa and went directly sa dasma ,pero d aku pinapasok ng guard appointment daw kasi [textspeak!] india consulate namn d daw nag appointment.

hope u can help me how to get it, kasi papapuntahin ko parents ko sa india this dec. im overseas eh. dito sa UAE,madali lang ang visa for india.

hi mga sis, iv been to india na din last dec sa goa and mumbai. well for me goa is a nice place one of the tourist spot cya, and destination wedding din.  ( my wedding will be in goa nga pala this dec.)

and planning to go to kerla for ayuverda massage, and kasmir for the snow.

for traveller, there is a royal train na u can travel and see some places like 7days travel cya but too costly nga lang cya.

ohh and sa mga sissies na balak pumunta sa goa, take the train to go there instead of plane so u can see nice places along the way.

just sharing my thoughts about india.

Wala naman nadedeny ng tourist visa? heh wanted to go to india, too. actually, gusto ko lang din makita taj mahal. is it ok to go to india on a DIY tour? although i do know  an Indian. matagal na nga akong binabug pumunta sa kanila.

hi sis, i saw the site of Embassy of India pero pano ba talaga kumuha ng visa don?  Mukhang papadala kasi ako don for an assignment pero I need to get the visa there sa Pinas kasi nga wala pa ko 2 yrs. dito sa company ko (KL kasi ako ngayon).  Di naman naka-indicate don kung isesend lang ba thru courier or kelangan personal appearance, etc.

^ hahaha, ok na. I read from the other forum sa kabilang site that you need to pay 150 for entrance sa Dasma Vill. kasi i-shushuttle ka nila in a car to go to the embassy.  Bawal daw kasi maglakad lakad don.

Honestly, I think their overseas packages are quite expensive.  From feedback that I got, you can actually travel to India for cheap.

Check out Air Asia's packages - they seem reasonable.

Naghihintay ako ng good deal before I go to India.

^Habol ko kasi dun yung group eh. It'd be nice to travel with a group, even if they are total strangers. So if I find a group to go with, or kahit a travel buddy lang, I don't mind checking out other tours. But yeah, 600 dollars for the trip, exclusive pa of airfare. Mejo mahal nga...

^ Then it might be worth the extra $   TF tours naman are ok, been to several before pero local lang.  It just seems na medyo mas mahal na sila before.  I guess if you don't have some friends to travel with to a certain place (I know a lot of people are iffy about going to India), then the TF packages would be a good deal.  Wait ka na lang ng sale sa Air Asia.

^^ Hay. Oo nga eh, mahal talaga. Are there other groups like travelfactor? Na may group tours na? I really wanna go but I don't wanna be alone naman at walang gustong sumama sa akin. My BF can't leave work that time so out na sya. My friends don't really find the thought of traveling to India that appealing. Mas gusto nila BKK or Singapore. Pffft. Or it's either wala ring pera.

But I really wanna go kahit alone ako, basta I'll be in a tour group. Meron pa bang iba?
