I did, but it  wasn't  a travel agency spoonfed    package.  I  was the one who bought  the  plane tickets for my small group of 4 and I  provided the  agency   a  list of the  hotels  that would be acceptable to me.  I also  insisted on  a private tour, and  again  gave  a list of the kinds of cars  that would be ok for me and also   requested for   a  driver  with  a minimum 10 years in the industry.  I also nitpicked about the food  (full board kasi).  Indian was okay,  but I also requested that Western, Malay and Chinese food be served.  I was in other words a  "difficult" client   but  the travel agency  was  so cooperative  and  met all my   requirements.
