yup, yun nga daw - for it to be firmer.  para mas ok siguro yung form nya.  kapag kasi medyo 3 days na sya sa ref, parang nagiging less firm ang form nya e.

DANGEROUS CHOCOLATE CAKE
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kp5oyiUdAvw

4 tbsp flour
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
1 egg
3 tbsp milk
3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
small splash vanilla
micro wave safe mug (large coffee mug)

Add dry ingredients to mug, mix well
Add the egg, milk, oil and vanilla and mix well
Add chocolate chips and stir.

Cook in microwave at 1000watts for 3 minutes (I used 3 minutes on high setting and it was fine)
Allow to cool a bit and tip out of mug onto plate, or eat in the mug!

It is called the most dangerous chocolate cake because you can have chocolate cake anytime day or night within 5 minutes.

**note: It took me 4:25 to mix and pour and put in microwave and 3 minutes to cook. Still darn fast for chocolate cake.

i want to try this. may gumawa na ba nito sa inyo mga sis?

I tried a similar recipe I found in one of the blogs I visit. I used Van Houten chocolate drink mix instead of cocoa and grated some Guylian chocolates, didn't have choco chips kasi.  And instead of using regular milk, I poured some chocolate drink. HAHA. talk about chocolate overload.

I did it for the first time and it turned out yummeeeeh! haha.
And yeah, it is dangerous. Just finished mine about an hour ago and I must say I'm itching to do another one. haha! :))

It immediately cured my mood, suuper yummy!

Ginamit ko yung, I forgot the name, choco powder na ginagamit ni sis sa kanyang choco cake, then I put 2 hershey's kisses, yes 2 big ones.. :) and alpine evap for the milk.. Super delicious..! This is really very dangerous..! Talagang super easy gawin and nakakaadict.. !

Share ko lang tong favorite kong Banana-Peach Crepe
  :) ;) :D

Crepe:
3 pieces eggs, slightly beaten
1 pack MAYA Original Hotcake Mix 200g
11/2 cups milk
3 tablespoons melted butter
melted butter for greasing

Filling:
8 pieces banana lakatan, sliced
8 pieces peach halves, sliced
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup crushed graham crackers
1 cup finely chopped walnuts

Vanilla Custard Sauce:
2 cups all purpose cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 pieces eggyolks
6 tablespoons sugar
1 cup brown sugar

Combine egg, hotcake mix, and milk in a mixing bowl. Beat with a wire whisk until smooth then blend in butter. Pass through strainer if lumpy. Heat and grease a non stick pan. Pour 1/4 cup batter mixture and tilt to cover bottom of the pan. Cook and loosen edges transfer crepe to a serving plate. Repeat the same procedure with the remaining crepe mixture. Set aside.

Prepare filling: Combine all ingredients in a bowl, slightly toss until well blended. Set aside.

Prepare sauce: In a double boiler, combine all ingredients except brown sugar, cook until slightly thick.

To assemble: Quarter fold crepess to form a pocket, fill each pocket with the filling mixture. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly on top of crepe and quickly burn sugar using chef’s torch so the sugar darkens to golden brown but not charred. Drizzle top with vanilla custard sauce. Serve the remaining vanilla sauce on the side.
